Don't take away my golden children. Even after a week after buying the TV, no one comes for the installation 😄😄😄.. and if it gets damaged, why don't you tell the condition of the service person... someone else who comes to install the TV rings and the phone hangs up and then they inform the company that the person is not responding 😂😂.. Flip Amazon's negative review.

4k videos can be played via pendrive and hdd if its in mp4 or mkv format..m2ts is not supported which mostly none of the tvs in this range support...you can sideload android apps

No motion issues..they are quite smooth..black levels are quite deeper have shown in the video during black background you can differentiate between the display and frame

@@rohtashiitkgp3540picture quality is very very good. It's a treat to watch HD, 2k, 4k videos. There is upscaling too for low resolution videos but I do not like it that much also there is no memc or I was unable to find it. Value for money tv. Sound is ok not great for big room

Hisense e7k is best in my opinion because all the latest features available in e7k compared with thomson. Except hdr10+ not there in E7k but earc is not there in thomson. Earc is very much important for av receivers and sound bars for effective sound. If u need performance you can buy a fire TV stick max in BBD it's getting around 3k. If u r buying thomson you need a fire tv cube which provides earc feature and many more but in BBD it's getting around 8000+.

@@harryp1680 my tv will be delivered on saturday. In any tv sound it won't be good, need a sound bar or av receiver. For av reciever if earc is there sound clarity will be very good but in arc sound will be compressed.

Picture quality is better on E7k and sound is better on A7k..but e7k is vidaa os and a7k is android..so you can choose according to your priority

i called customer care regarding ram and rom they told 1gb ram and 4gb rom, but you are telling 1gb ram and 8gb rom. i guess they are hiding low ram specifications from everywhere to fool customer, but anyway i am confused is it really worth risk that over the time os will be smooth on 1gb ram, or i should opt for led tv in same price with 2gb ram and 16gb rom
