Are you kidding me? I've seen tons and I mean tons of houses and never been so amazed until I saw this. This is absolutely superb. If I had to rate this on a scale of 1-10, it would be a 12! This is outstanding and I am still in a shock on how lovely this is! It's perfect! Awesome job!

I've seen other beautiful homes on here yet I keep coming back to yours. It must be a sign =) Youre homes are absolutely STUNNING! I only wish i coud create some as beautiful as yours =) Unfortunately I have a had time getting the image from my head onto paper.I also love that your kitchens are on the main floor. It's a bit of a pet peeve of mine when they're on the second floor. That's just not right =p

I downloaded this house and everything works almost perfectly. It is the first time I am using custom content outside of the exchange and I am happy with it. The only thing that happens is that my sim glitches when it gets into the bed, I mean like body parts not moving the right way. Thank you for making this house available as well as the content within it. It is amazing!
Your interior furnishings are lovely. I have scowered the web looking for clean and simply designed furnishings (objects) with little success. Kudos to you for your great designs. Ray.

You can install houses that have expansion packs that you don't own, I have several of them (sadly) the only thing is that those items will either be removed or replaced with stuff that is in the base game. (i.e. a bed from late night will be replaced with a bed from base game)

What cheat code did you use to build foudaments on the 2nd floor? And could you tell me where can I get this reflective floors?
In the video description you said to "put the required packages in your mods folder".
What is a mods folder? Does it come with the game? Also, do the mods come with the house, and which ones?

OMG i am absoloutly in LOVE with all your houses and so i watched your how to install video. For some reason it is NOT working, and the only way I know for sure I can download it successfully is by the isms 3 exchange. I have very minimal custom content on my game, and I really want to download some of your houses so I can get more. PLEASE UPLOAD THIS TO THE EXCHANGE!!!!

I have not used the house for my sims as yet, but normally the cc would automatically show up in the game. I will try to add the lot to my current game and see if that would make the cc show up. Also, where did you get the high fence from, I love it.
