I remember ghetsis’s battle when I first played it, he absolutely swept me multiple times, I wish you could face his original team
By the way, Myth, if you're going to keep using Zekrom, you should teach it Bolt Strike with the TM you got. Super powerful signature move with 85% accuracy as its only drawback.
Pokemon's compatibility with TMs depends on the TM number, rather than the move itself.
In this specific instance it might not be possible for Zekrom to learn Bolt Strike in that way.

hey myth , if your planning on playing B/W2 after this one the rom Blazing black 2 is amazing if you want to do something else that a randomizer, day 3 of asking

@@theodingamer9881 rejuvenenation is awesome (Story-wise) though, but I am struggling with the fight on top of the volcano pretty hard... But kind of like how the game makes you learn IV training and makes you think around corners with field effects n stuff :D
@Marc Davidson blaze black 2 can be quite challenging if he puts the game in challenge mode at the beginning especially the gym/league and story boss if he doesn't overlevel
Blaze 1 is harder because all gyms are doubles or triples. Blaze 2 gyms are singles and easy to exploit. Blaze 1 Burgh and lenora are crazy difficult
I hated these games for ages but watching this playthrough made me remember that the games were actually incredible. Now I’d say Gen V has the second best plot line for any Pokémon game I think (Gen VII made me cry at the end so it wins top spot) .All my hate towards these were really based off how few gen V mons I liked- their good ones were all incredible, but in a dex of 150 I’d be hard pressed to find any more than 30 I really liked - none of which were starters- And most were mid to late game. So I had to play through a great game using a team I hated until I finally got those few crazy cool ones, which killed the fun of it for me. Still, these vids reminded me how great the games themselves were. Thanks for reminding me , Mythymoo!

That opening legit made me laugh after a rough couple of weeks psyduck was actually my first legit wild shiny in diamond version when I was young. Definitely needed that laugh and nostalgia trip.

Chandelure was most likely N's legendary. In this game, when you catch Zekrom/Reshiram, they will be automatically sent out against N when you two fight. So it would be Zekrom vs. Reshiram or vice versa, I still wish you would've played this regularly but I'm still happy you played and enjoyed Gen 5 for the first time 🙏🏽

Something interesting: in the original game, the first pokemon N uses is Zekrom against your newly acquired Reshiram (the game lets you put Reshiram in your party if it's not, and if you accept, it goes to the top of your list). That feels really epic lol

What's extra messed up is how Ghetsis raised N. He basically only exposed him to hurt and abused Pokémon all throughout N's childhood, so the boy who could talk with Pokémon would foster the idea that humans only hurt Pokémon and should therefore be separated. N, the Seven Sages, Team Plasma, all of them were pawns in Ghetsis' master plan of conquering Unova and taking away everyone's Pokémon so only HE would have them at his side and no one could stop him. Hell. No one would WANT to stop him. Because he has N, the hero, the example of the idea that humans and Pokémon SHOULD be separate. That things are RIGHT that way. No one would WANT to resist Ghetsis that way. Honestly, Ghetsis is one of the smartest manipulators in Pokémon. Using the hero story as a farce to hide his true megalomania, but also to satisfy it... This guy is brilliant. Evil, unforgivable, irredeemable, but brilliant.
Was my very first Pokémon game and I loved every bit of it and the post game is a lot of fun with the mythical and legendaries alongside fighting the elite four again which absolutely kicked my ass

The Chandelure is what his Zekrom would have been. In a non-randomized playthrough you fight N with his legend vs your newly caught legend as the first mons in your parties

Black 2 is literally my favorite pokemon game. You'll definitely enjoy the story.
A small fact you missed because of the randomizer,is that N keeps switching his pokemon. He always releases the pokemon he used after each battle. Eveywhere he goes he makes friends with pokemon that want to help him and thus aid in his battle even when he advocates not to "use" pokemon.

b) has an area with Sneasel in the very early game
c) has you start with a Larvitar
N followed immediately by Ghetsis with their original teams give possibly the greatest challenge in all of Pokémon.

Really liked the series and it was cool that you enjoyed your first playthrough of gen 5. But this is so different from everyone elses first experience with gen 5. We were stuck with Unova's hideous pokémon while you had the chance to play with every pokémon in existance (to that point) Your only gen 5 pokemon through most of the game was Excadrill, and that is one of the few cool pokémon from gen 5. But yeah, the music is the best in the series (maingames)
I'd really like to see you play Pokemon Spork somewhere in the future. I don't wanna spoil too much, but you'll have a really nice surprise with the starters.

This is so fucking amazing because these are by far my favorite pokemon games, and seeing Myth, one of my favorite youtubers(With an incredible taste in music) give it and its music, which is one of the biggest reasons it is as incredible as it is, so much praiseis just mind boggling to me because so many people give these games so much shit. Keep up the amazing work Myth, I can't wait to see you play black 2!
Pokémon B&W were basically the first game I ever completed. It is, even when looking at its many flaws, a fantastic game with a lot to it. Idk why it gets so much flack. The music is just... AAAHHHHHH. I took a single listen to the route 10 music probably 4 months ago, and just broke into tears. I am not the person to cry over these sorts of things, but that music just struck me in the nostalgia balls too hard man. And then there’s N. You skipped most of the story, but if you stopped and followed along with his maids, you would find that he was raised by Pokémon. That’s why he’s a fuccin weirdo. Small things like that. Also, Pokémon B&W 2 are a good example of what to do when making a sequel. They actually continue the story in a meaningful way and are just as good, if not better than the original.

Also, don't know about this but, the unmoded game of Black/White has some pretty tough foes, especially onwards from the elite 4, so you might wan't to be packing heat if you want to play it without Mods.
I would absolutely love to see you play through this vanilla, with no randomizer. You might get a better idea of why it didn't sit right with some people. But god do I love seeing someone appreciate one of the best pokemon games so far, especially with the lame shit being released the last few years.
