Where do I get that large cloth for rolling
Hi! It is a cotton sheet from Ikea, I use it only for doughs like this :)
Orginal Slovenian recipes created to much potica for small family.. Your proportion is perfect. Will make it instead of my Polish Makowiec. Which my daughter doesn't like for same reasons. I feel like no festivite celebration in Slavic family without this type of cake. It is so surreal to not to have rolled cake on Xmas or Easter table.

Nothing like my grandma's. She roll out dough very thin. First roll it, then pull it to the edges of table. The fill was thinner pour it out a pan.

Hi! I bought this sheet in Ikea, it's a common bed sheet, but I only use it for doughs :)

Just lift the corner of the sheet and the dough rolls up on its own.
