She knew they wasn’t playing fair behind the scenes. At the time someone from the show was leaking stories to the tabloids about her being “difficult to work with” and being a diva. She controlled the narrative surrounding her contract not being renewed and gagged them.
Barbara is not a nice person she's a control freak .. what Star did is very brave and inspiring... you leave in the way you want to leave in your own terms ... don't allow them to throw you away
I remember watching this live and thinking Star would announce a pregnancy and being bummed to discover she wasn't coming back next season. I was looking forward to seeing her spar with Rosie, but this finale right here was epic.
