I never noticed that netherrack is... red.
Yeah it sounds dump, but I love building with mangrove wood (and dark oak, this two are my favourite), and I never thought about mixing in some netherrack, thank you for inspiration!
Also I really like tight, small spaces, kinda reverse claustrofobia. So interia of your boxcar looks like perfect base for me and all the little details are so cool! Even if furnaces doesn't work XD
@marling0134 Working with Nether blocks has always been a fun challenge for me. I'm also a claustrophile and specialize in cramped interiors. They make me feel safe. Maybe because of the boxes I build myself into when overwhelmed by mobs. I usually wind up living in those until someone comes and rescues me. XD
Really enjoying the start of this season! I haven't had a PC plugged in for several months at this point because I'm remodeling and I'm really getting some FOMO watching you all play.
I have one suggestion:
Is there any way to reduce shadow darkness or increase ambient lighting? Some of the shadows are so dark I can't really see what's happening. This absolutely could be a *me* problem though, and it could affect your artistic vision for your game/videos, so feel free to tell me to get my eyes checked if it's not a problem for anyone else.
Either way, I'm excited to continue watching the server progress!
@Phant0m51 lol Not a you problem. I've been messing with my shaders, trying to make the shadows lighter. Unfortunately, I didn't catch how bad it was until after I recorded these last few episodes. I will try my best to dial them back!

And the remodeling isn't very fun, my wife isn't enjoying it either. I'd much rather be gaming and she'd rather be lounging and watching K-Dramas lol
