2021 KTM 50 SX Dirt Bike First Test Ride!

- We had a great weekend at North Carolina Motorsports Park riding our dirt bikes. I recently bought a 2021 KTM 250 SX F and this was my first ride on the bike and first time on a track in about 8 years!! Riding was lackluster, but hey, it was still a great time! Mason also was shredding his TT-R 50, but FINALLY got a chance to size up a KTM 50 SX Mini and 50 SX. He EVEN got to test drive both of them! I just got a friend of mine a 2021 TC50 and dang it was so fast. I need to tone it down. I think the clutch was set to rev to high. Any suggestions on what you found ?

How old was Mason in this video. Trying to figure out if a ktm 50cc is too much bike or not.

3. First ride in 8 years! I saw you hitting jumps and looking stable. Youre doing great. The more you ride the more it will all come to you. At our age, if you tip over in a corner, you’ll be sore for 3 months haha

I’m telling you man, fan boy status in full effect. And yes, based on my work schedule as of late, I literally haven’t been able to catch up! Working at it though! I felt decent, but it’s just such a strange feeling again honestly. I am slightly timid based on #3 though. My brother in law tipped over and had a massive bruise. Like officially old status 🤯
Have u taken out the silencer on the ttr? Sounds alot louder than our one

Super cool video. This is helping out with my confirmation bias. I’m going from a PW to an sx50. He needs the suspension of the SX but it’s a little big for him. Great to hear your son loves it even though it’s a touch big for him. You were looking solid on that machine after a eight year break. Way to go. Keep it pinned…
How old was your boy when he tried the ktms? My little guy just turned 6, he is rocking his pw but I have a 2022 husky TC 50 that he is physically just a bit small for.

They are allowed on practice weekends, but still rarely see them there.

Don't tell somebody to stand up in mid corner that's no good squeeze the tank with his outer leg and have your other leg tight down in the corner near the wheel

@@vrsmark exactly. Most people are fearful of the unknown until the try it. Gotta get them to take the first step then decide if they like or not.
With that attitude your son will grow up to be a bitch grow some hair on your chest buddy one day this boy will be a man and will thank his father for pushing him and making him uncomfortable that’s life you grow from uncomfortable situations if your always comfortable and never pushed you will just be another weak man.
