Hey D, be damn careful when kicking a cheating spouse out of the house. If the police can determine she been living there a significant amount of time, they could potentially be legally entitled to stay until the courts decide. In some states like mine, it's a community property state. That means even if the deed is in one person's name, the other spouse has half ownership. Kicking someone out of their legal residence opens you up to a lawsuit if you are not careful.
