Yeah that's what happens when political parties become wildly corrupt. The citizens become discouraged and stop voting, which leads to this. I'm almost certain even the ding dong boys in the Court will not allow for "complete immunity" - but will just allow the question to go unanswered until after the election. Their hope is to get Donnie back in the White House so they can continue to be the "Best Judges Money Can Buy." No, people are waking up and realizing that Democrats are using nonstop immigration since 1967, high taxes, and over regulation to put slack into the labor market year after year. Which gives all the power to employers, driving down wages, and immigration drives up housing prices at the same time. My guess is they'll send it back to the lower courts, postponing the decision until after the election. If Biden wins there will be no absolute immunity. If Trump wins absolute immunity will be the law of the land.
They'll eventually rule against it or let the case drop once Trump's AG closes the prosecution.
