Hi Stewart! Thanks for this video much appreciated! I have a question... Do you have information or a tutorial on how to create an additional Admin account that does NOT use a license? The account would be strictly for account management and will not need any other GWS apps etc... just admin access / privilege's. Thank you!

Yes you do! Create a new account and create as many alias as you like for that account.

You will have to be a super admin to be able to downgrade users permissions before deleting users.

You should have been sent an email with your login details. Ask the admin to send your login details again and you will have the option to change your password the first time you login.

Hi Stewart, is it possible to add users with different pricing tiers? Say the admin can be at Standard tier and then have users at Starter tier. I'm trying to cut down costs and the 2TB storage in the Standard tier is great for one or two users but I don't really need it for all my users.

I am absolutely happy with google owning and protecting my info! At least I know who has it, and everything works better on chrome! Some people do not understand this argument. What's the difference between a group email and alias email? Can those within a "group email" group switch replies between their main email address and the group email address like the alias?
Alias email is for a particular user. Whereas a Group email is not related to a specific user. You can add as many as users under a google group and they can all receive emails.. example: you creare info@xyz.com..and add 5 members to this group. All 5 members will receive email sent to info@xyz.com
When you create alias email with info@xyz.com then the email will be received in the same users email account for whom the alias is created.

I am so frustrated??!! It cannot possibly be this hard. I have a small business and an email set up through Google Workspace. I also have a personal gmail account where I manage my life personal and work. I was able to forward my GSuite email to my personal email inbox, ok. The problem is that I cannot get my Workspace email to appear in the "send from" when I am in my Gmail account. So, if I open a business email that was forwarded to my reg gmail account and I go to reply to it I reply from my gmail account and not my business workspace account bc my business workspace account does not show up as a "send from" option in my gmail account. UUggh! Can you help me, please??? I am desperate.
Hello Tracy, you would need to enable 'Send mail as' from your personal Gmail, and add your Workspace email. You can find an articles online - type 'how to set up send mail as in Gmail' and you will get it.
This is great content! Why does it charge me for each user at my rate? We need to add 20 teachers as users just so that they have professional emails with our domain. Is there a way not to pay $12.00 per teacher?

Yes you will need to pay per users. Suggest you downgrade to the basic plan. The most affordable plan will be sufficient.
Thank you for this video. I changed the name of my company and want to have all domains in one Google Workspace console (primary & secondary domains). Is there a way to delete a 2nd Google Workspace (setup by mistake) with the 2nd domain (new company domain name) and add this 2nd domain to the original Google Workspace containing the 1st domain name? Eventually, I want to forward emails from the original domain to the new company domain email address. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Yes you can add multiple domains to your Google Workspace account. This is possible.

You can connect your domain to Google Workspace. However, you will need to create seperate Google Workspace accounts for each domain you want to use.

Yes they should if you added their current email. You can go back and resend their passwords.

@@StewartGauld I solved it. the reseller is squarespace, because I bought my domain from squarespace. There is a special settings panel within the squarespace architecture that allows you to add users to google workspace (at $52 per user, per year).
