    In the beginning you say Dantrolene it is used for MS but then HESI question says it is contraindicated for client with MS, which is it? Thanks!

    • @jobagakajoseph
      @jobagakajoseph Před 2 měsíci

      I just captured the point you highlighted, Mike says at the beginning that Dantrolene is a muscle relaxant, which can be used in management of MS, the ln in the second part under the HESI QUESTION, the key word for contraindication for Dantrolene is cirrhosis not the MS, This is to say when a client has MS with a comorbidity of CIRRHOSIS then the client can't be given, DANTROLENE. I hope this helps

    Colchicine *does not reduce uric acid* . It reduces *inflammation* typical to gout. Its mechanism of action is modulation of multiple pro- and anti-inflammatory pathways.
