- Babies can have tension in their body from many different things. Inter uterine positioning, long labor, getting stuck in the birth canal. When babies have tension more on one side than the other it can make latch on one side difficult or painful. By doing some simple stretches we can help bring balance back to the body.

My newborn gets so mad with the guppy pose and will tense up. Is there something I can do to help her be more relaxed? I try exercising her after feeds and burps.
