There is a way to tell when u get a spire all the time. The abyss icon stays on when random rares spawn, but at some point the icon disappears for a sec and that's when the spyre spawns.

Playing your SRS Guardian this league. Started 2 weeks late, but finally getting into maps, and a whole mirror of kalandra randomly dropped for me in T7 map, without juice or MF or anything. Utterly bonkers, first mirror I've seen in almost 10 years of play. I guess it's time to buy my first Mageblood and see what kind of trouble I can get up to
Ha! Damn that's some luck :P 10 years for me too and I'm still waiting on that mirror... to be fair I haven't played solidly over that decade.

@@messerarsenal7825 I know there are tons of guides and the usual response to this stuff is "choose the content you like," but like.... how? Do I have to sell things bulk on TFT or craft stuff or just hope I get raw drops? I really don't want to be forced to use TFT to bulk sell a bunch of stuff (god they need a marketplace to sell bulk items), so I never quite get how peolple make so much currency.

@@messerarsenal7825 180D is 100% 2 much for casuals , casuals are not even doing 5D a hour.
If you have 20-30d, maybe even less you can just roll a pathfinder caustic arrow of poison build and roll t7 cemetery with MF gear. I'm over 100 div after rolling the build and doing maybe 40-50 maps, possibly less, there's some variance as you won't always get a ton of juice, or you just get one color (unless it's blue, blue always gives me a div is seems), or you just get unlucky. You can also gets those random maps where you get an explosion of 10-20 div, or a bunch of replica dragonfangs of which one has some value, ton of voidborn reliquary keys that you can sell or gamba and open ( I open, so far it's profitable). The build just needs two okay ventors, 6l lightning coild, caustic arrow of poison gem of course, decent ele thicket bow, and a good flask setup with taste of hate for phys to ele conversion, rest is debatable but I use dying sun, divination distillate, topaz flask and then the last thing you need most is the tincture with all damage can poison and preferably the rage on hit mod. The rest of the gear can be manipulated and eventually if you want to climb up to tier 11-16 you likely will want a headhunter, I haven't gotten mine yet but I tried t11 and while it was doable I did die occasionally if I had a deli mirror and really juiced up map, my chaos res isn't quite capped yet so that can also cause some issues but is pretty simple enough to get capped. For anyone that is interested in a "budget" MFer this was the best one I could find, for a more detailed breakdown look for Goratha's strat, also you want to have your atlas tree set up properly, it's going to be way better if you use gilded scarabs as well but I honestly got away with not using them until I farmed some myself as you'll get scarab explosions occasionally that can keep you going.
Mate, I really really appreciate your videos and explanations for noobs like me who played almost 1000 hours and still doesn’t know anything! Only came back this league after stopped playing for 2 years, I got lucky and made like 50 divs at league start but then realized everything for SRS just went rocket high, i almost gonna give up because this league is all about juicing map and MF builds, and boom there you are, god bless you man, now I have hope in this game again! :))
Does the item rarity support on the SRS work with the gravebind on the AG?
I respeccted into this setup after following your SRS setup which is amazing. I ran about 7 or 8 maps with pretty crazy results but it wasn't for me. It's super slow to take time to loot. Slow to setup the maps and sextents and all that and on top of that I lost my 5 divine Primal Tiger spectre and said screw this. Good guide though if you don't mind dealing with all the clutter even with a very strict Loot filter.
New to PoE. Following the Maxroll SRS league starter guide. Is it sort of alignable with your setup? Can I transition later?
Your setup seems a lot more fleshed out.
Is there a way to craft the large cluster jewel for this build because I can only ever find one on market with call to slaugher or renewal, never both, much less the att or max life passives. I hope this doesnt mean the build will be capped for me.

I am fallowing your build one tip i can give if you take awaken elemental damage with attacks support lvl5, you can run any reflect map. I tried it in t16 double reflect maps, the only one who get really damaged is the ascendency radiance sentinel if he meles hes hp drops to half for a split sec

hi, using ur build from maxroll as a total new player (im around lvl 86), and im kinda clueless, should i just follow maxroll despite seems like maxroll is a bit old now? Do You think about updating Your guide on maxroll? Would appreciate any tips what to do cuz yet im just doing stuff from "progression tab" on maxroll and im kinda have rough time how to combine all of these minion related modifiers with hp+resistances and chaos resist.
i tried doing this but game crashes when the spire comes uo and minions pop out. i dont know what to do, my pc is fairly decent too....

Is there a way of converting your fire trap frostblink into a MF build? starting with a MB is somewhat out of my range atm and I just love the playstyle fire trap fb.
How does Sentinel of radiance stays up ? Maybe i didnt see correct but he aint summoned him with a key ? Does he use a bind/macro ?
So The Speaker of the Dead Atlas Passive for Torment does not work with Delirium apprently, since they then just freeze and Tpose when you come near them, instead of posessing you. I dont recommend combining Delirium and Torment. for that reason, learned the hard way :(
I am running Neversinks loot filter on very strict and the screen is still completely full to the max full of loot. I think I need a stricter strick filter.
I dont have access to POB right now, but can someone explain to me how he reaches 33048 armor, when all the gear seem evasion based?
Assume it would be a good idea to get all res for minions on ghastly eye jewels if we dont get on shield?
i tried to follow this. almost 1:1.. cant figure out how your SRS got 1.7m dps each. mine is reaching just a shy of 500k. i even have lvl32 spectres.. so... i'm lost.. is there a breakpoint for srs atkspeed? coz i removed 2 abyss jewels just to fit in bloodnotch + immutable force coz i don't have much spell supress.
I spent about 3-4 hours following this video and rebuilding my srs for magic find. I spent about 10 to 20 div. on gear. (65 quant and about 200 rarity with gold flask up) not even running a mageblood. By the time I got done swapping, it was 1 in the morning and I ran 2 Maps before bed.. i got 6 raw divine and a brothers gift. The strategy is totally viable without a mageblood. and works really well. I just enchant all my flasks to be used when the charges are full, so they’re constantly reusing themselves. while your clearing the maps.

How is it going? Curious about starting another SRS build just for this since I keep hearing about it but im still a noob. Can probably get the 20d to invest but will be alot if it doesnt work out.
@@Harry44SC still going pretty good. the one thing i’ve come to notice is how important the wisps really are. I don’t even have my last 2 Wildwood ascendancy points. and without that extra 10% quantity of wisps i’m still getting 4-7k juice per map. so just hope rng is on your side how good your wildwoods are if u don’t have all your points. but in the last couple days i’ve dropped like 20 raw divs and even my first hinekoras lock. and some nice div cards too worth a pretty penny. just make sure you’re also thinking enough before you start this strategy. because the rares in abyss plus the wisps can get pretty rippy.
@@MrWyvernfist my tree is exactly like subtractems and i just followed the video and his pob for gear. But essentially to make up for the mage blood in some sort of way. I enchanted all my flasks so that they automatically use themselves when the charges reach full.

ive had people in chat say they're doing it without mageblood just fine. this is a league where even a small about of MF makes a huge difference because of the multiplier.
@Subtractem You are indeed on to something good. I have a few suggestions to make this build even more ridiculous. 1. Use elemental weakness corrupt on Sadima and put in blade vortex in your trigger. 2. Get +2 minion corrupt in your goldwyrm boots to make level 29 spectres (2 wand, 1 amulet, 1 shield, 2 helm, 2 boot, 21 raise spectre) This also applies to support so we can have effect ehp for AG as well. 3. Frostblink of Wintry Blast for quick jump. 4 Instead of swapping unleash for item rarity. Vaal Skeleton will be doubling the dps. 5. Enfeeble instead of Punishment will lower their accuracy which means less crit taken. I would recommend also Ashes over the +2 amulet. Beautiful guide and almost as nice as your FB COC occultist!
1) curse on hit gloves wouldnt work since we don't hit, the minions do
2) +2 minion boots is indeed what i ended up doing, it was a big upgrade
3) frostblink with cast time feels bad
4) vaal skeleton is an interesting idea, i dont hate it but the whole point of the rarity support is to keep juicing for MF
5) im near crit-immune in my setup, we need all the dps we can get
6) Ashes is a huge dps loss, i do not recommend it
@@subtractem curse on hit can work with two of the skills blade vortex and shield charge but you do lose the power behind the curses. I use a phasing while affected by haste to make it smoother. Thank you for answering btw

Important question - it happened to me a couple of times that switching to some gear that had raise spectres in it, I lost those (new league specific) spectres. I could still find the regulars in my hideout but the new cool ones just disappear. So how do you manage that?
New spectres don't go into the desecrate pool. Their corpses do stay behind if you accidentally/temporarily remove an item that causes you to lose 1/all your specs, so you can just fix your gear and then resummon them by using the corpse target hotkey. If this happens you must immediately hit weapon swap so that your trigger wand does not autocast Flesh Offering which will destroy the corpses.
To save yourself the hassle and potential disaster, you should swap in a different +1 specs item if you need to remove one of your normal items temporarily. Like if I need to remove my +1 chest or anointed amulet, I will equip a Midnight Bargain in place of my wand. Not sure if you can put a different Raise Spectre gem into another item if you need to remove the slot where you normally keep it.
Just started playing this game. How in the world do yall deal with the ridiculous lag in town? I don’t have an issue anywhere else. When I first get to town it’s fine but after a few minutes it’s unplayable

At 29:32 you click to Activate the map device without choosing Abyss. At least you got 8% increased quant. :)
How do you deal with ailments?
Still watching the video, so my question may be already answered in it, but I'll do it anyway. Do you guys think that this setup is capable of doing also T16 juiced maps, or it's stuck by nature to only do T7 juice?
Coz I league started this build and I had a blast playing it, then I switched to Fulcrum like a lot of other people, and farmed a bunch of currency. I did another build, and now I'd like to farm some more and maybe improve my SRS and try to MF with it. Is there any chance that I'll be able to farm fully juiced T16 maps?

I might have missed it in the video, but how do you personally get beyond on your maps? I noticed in your example map you didn't have it on a sextant or map device and the map you were running didn't have it rolled either
it's on the atlas tree, ideally you also have it on sextant and map for even more beyond
@@subtractem slaying monsters has a chance to summon beyond monsters baseline and those atlas nodes increase the chance that they spawn and sextant increases that chance further, right? I am a bit confused by the wording on sextant, it says it CAN summon monsters, so does it mean without beyond on atlas/map/sextant beyond can't spawn?
i believe you still want a "source" of it from the map or sextants to combo with the atlas passives but you're right, you don't need to stack more sources.
can anyone confirm these spectres? Hulking, warlord, naval captain spirit of fortune and thunderbird?
I was doubtful but tried the abyss strategy on a budget (no sextants, just using two gilded scarabs and a full passive tree)... it's absolutely nuts, like completely bonkers. I'm actually TIRED of LOOTING, something I thought I'd never say.
This may be a noob question but how are your spectres staying on field without needing to resummon?

idk if this is news to you or useful, but iirc it was Palsteron who was also running Ritual while juicing.
How far away do you have to be to not kill the spire?
the srs will chain from target to target, so as far as possible until they die, cast them away from the spire if you need to

you can ask in the build channel in discord, ive never played poison srs but if drops are the issue it's more likely the strat than the build.
I kinda always play mf with srs, and then usually farm the kiracs memory where all items are converted to some harb shards. I'm so used to just having that mf setup that I don't know how it would even feel with proper gear.

My divine blessing support gem is not working with summon skitterbots. In other words it still i just reserving mana instead of making them temporary. Am I missing something?

How u get 5th Spectre? got almost same gear but have 4 maximum

I need help ! I league started this, loved it, pushed a bit, farmed Sanctum, everything was going smoothly until I switched to Magic find, following this video.
First off, the loot was great (T7 cem), it went fast and all was good. I was on 4 spectres (Hulking mass, Sectral judgemental, primal bird and spirit of fortune), my Ag was stacked (Kingmaker, Garb...). One map, Judgmental and bird died. I was a bit sad, but bought them back (switching Judgmental by meatsack).
A few maps after, my AG died and I lost Bird, and meatsack. I was devastated and I admit I went a bit overboard. I went :
Spectres:
Meatsack (+40% life)
Hulking Mass
Spirit of fortune
Warlord
Naval spirit
And a full AG too. Total cost around 25 divs.
Things went back to all good, until today, when I lost My AG and my naval officer (The most costly part, of course :/ )
Do you have ANY tips as to how I can go more tanky, I am dying, it's ok, I understand, but how can THEY stay alive ?

The big change I made was use the turtle for determination and run purity of elements. This let me swap elemental army for minion life. They should never die again if you do that.

This league is just insane! I've been farming T7 cemetery and in about 30 maps i dropped stupid amounts of Chaos and Divines, 2 hinekoras and a mirror on a boneshatter slayer with minimal mf

I've been doing this with penance brand and tend to easily accidentally kill the spires from time to time. I can't imagine doing this on a minion build that I can't control.

if you have your minion in your weapon like my Blink Arrow build, you can quickly weapon swap to despawn all of them! It works very well but i still suck at abysses in general :P

It would be quite a lot worse. Deli brings in a lot of packs that bring in beyond demons. It also adds item quantity to your map

I think they got rid of double / triple beyond. If you have one source of it, that's it.
saw this video and immediately swapped my atlas to delve with maps focused around essence/deli/sulph/maven (7th gate/ destructive play/ stream of consciousness (pull SoC when i run out of niko missions)) to start farming for MB. 48 hours later i have 3 apothecaries (bought one at 38 div (started this venture at 9 div) and immediately gambled it to double it, then again to hit another +1. hopefully will have MB by saturday. ngl delve has been super fun as i'd never done it before. the fossils and resonators alone have pulled me a substantial sum (at depth 280 right now. will probably settle in the 300-350 range (lvl 99 srs guardian (go figure)). appreciate the guide on this. can't wait to be juicing these t7s. then i'll have to decide what my next build will be with the currency found, haha.
Specter (Warlord) and fully equipped animated G keeps dying when i have 7k + wisps HEELP :D I have the same build as you.
I've ran about 50 juiced maps now. I feel like I get more purple and yellow than blue. I've definitely not had the results that streamers are showing. I'm doing poison srs so I can clear the content at a decent pace. About 15 mins per map. I've had multiple maps with about 3k blue and 3k purple... and yea... the results have sucked for me. I've had about 3 divines drop for me. The rest I got through tujen or selling my chaos orbs.
I'm really trying to enjoy this league but I am not getting the level of currency that everyone else seems to be. Also, getting tons of crap uniques is getting tiresome.
Youre not alone, havnt gotten any crazy pops playing full juiced MF . Feels bad
streamers arent playing the same game we are. they very VERY clearly have altered rates for their streamers. ive ran identical builds, and the loot was garbage compared to on stream
essences should be more than 10d hour pretty easily rn was selling deaf zeals for 15c per lmao and they were like the 10th cheapest essence or something on ninja
Yeah i did 2 elevanted essence compasses last night and the tab sold for 10d. Took me less than an hr for the 32 maps
what is arch nemesis conversion?
Rare monster mods can alter the loot that drops, that's how you get the huge currency and scarab drops.
@@subtractem thanks, strat is working pretty nice so far. i replaced my minion life with the rarity gem on the carrion golem which causes it to die occasionally but it's easy enough to resummon

I just put this build together without a mageblood. 65 quant 200 rarity with all the scarabs and sextants. I dropped six raw divines and a brother’s gift in my first 2 Maps before I went to bed last night.

This is why you're the G.O.A.T! The only streamer I have seen to actually acknowledge and share this disclaimer instead of blindly encouraging people to just play MF/Abyss. I'm still using your old Shrines/Niko = Fun strategy from your video 8 months ago with harbinger instead of essences (because fracturing orb drops get the heart racing) and while I may not be making divines per map and dropping T0 uniques all over the place, the game is more fun and less stressful as a result.
Absolutely amazing video and great to see a minion variation on the MF meta! There are some great tips in here especially for how to control damage on spires which is a huge problem for a build like this.
I did i think 2 maps of deli this morning and my scarab tab from 0 turned into 10 div. Wild times

I tried swapping to this and lost my specters... then I tried for the fourth time to get my lvl 21 srs gem and no luck (I'm ssf so upgrading 6 gems at a time to 20 then vaal orb them, it's my 4th attempt so 4x6= 24 attempts, in 3 years of playing I've never seen this shit) so yeah... great start for the new year...
I've lost 3 maps worth of loot from pressing Alt when I was down to 1 map. Most of them I got the majority of loot out, but I hadn't checked for HH/MB so who knows what I lost

Only see this video today just want to share my opinion on tormented spirit. Its so bad this league not about the ghosting nerf but most of the ghost will be spawn inside the wildwood. So I dont think putting 3 points in those nodes worth our invesment
We tried ritual killed like 10 rares from a spire inside it but it didnt ress those. So felt bad. Dunno if we did something wrong

I had a Ventor's drop and it was actually NEGATIVE quant and rarity.... I didn't even realize that was possible.
That said... I've had more divines drop for me this league than ever before. But *NOTHING* like what these people are getting.
Save it. Get 3 bad ventors and vendor them for another new one

"When a minion gets a kill, any IIQ/IIR from support gems affecting that minion gem area pplied, and then the kill is assigned you as the owner of the minion, so your IIQ/IIR from gear are applied.
The only thing which doesn't work with minions is that IIQ/IIR on gear only apply to the thing that gets credit for the kill (you, not the minion), so IIQ/IIR on gear the minions are using doesn't affect them. The only case this can ever happen is if you have IIQ/IIR mods on a shield, and are using Necromantic Aegis."
Unless they changed it recently, IIR/IIQ from MF gear doesn't work with minions, this is also what I remembered. Did Mark ever corrected himself ever since?
Edit: It does work, nvm, what Mark mentioned was that if there's a specific wording on the gear that says that the IIR/IIQ stats with on kill effect, that one doesn't work.

Selling the shovel really is the key here. I went back to last leagues strat from Palsteron, just farming Deli/Beyond/Harvest for DeliOrb rolling, tainted currency because I really like straight up dropping currency. Instead of gambaing my maps or going to reddit to complain when I didnt hit AN mods I just keep on trucking and made like 23div from only yesterdays drops. (Highest I had before was like 5)

If you let people pick their favorite league or vote on a league to return, i guarantee you it’ll be affliction, sentinel, harvest, synthesis. What do they have in common? Insane loot. Contrary to the common wisdom, people would love to craft without cringing at the idea of spending hard earned divines for every metacraft attempt
For those that dont want to kill the spire and are watching for it just watch for the abyss to disappear and not go anywhere. It is about to form a spire and shoot out rares.
you need to dmg it for a bit to make it spawn rare mobs

I absolutely loved this build after trying, it, had an amazing time leveling and did great in maps, until I started my AG. I fully equipped him with all the gear including ephemeral garb and lost him twice, had to sware off the character after that and go back to ignite dd.
most important thing is gem level and using the mastery for 5% life on minion death. he should really never get close to dying when set up properly.

maybe its just me but i dont enjoy mf being a thing. i think its unenjoyable that you get rewarded for making your build weaker to increase loot

Upsides for downsides is not a new concept, in anything.
to me the game is about making your character as strong as possible, this goes against that. its not to do with me disliking "upsides for downsides". @@MinisculeBug

You have to link to 6 gateways to make "The Seventh Gate" work.

I replicated your tree, all crafting options ARE NOT AVAILABLE. If I change the tree to link all six gateways then all crafting options are available.
You would need to give up 9 allocations to link to the other two gateways.
If you are not going to use all 6 gateways, then you are wasting 6 points on the gateways (and seventh gate) you have allocated.
hi, you are wrong. i am using all 6 gateways which lets me use abyss on the map device. you literally see it in the video.
Ahh, thanks. I stand corrected. I went back and looked at your video and the atlas shown in it. I was working under a misconception. That being, that there was no actual blue line pathing to a couple of gateways, so they were not selected. I did not know that was how the gateways worked. @@subtractem
at 5am, craft suffixes can't be changed and reforge fire for 4% chance to hit +1 fire gems until you realize how stupid this is and just craft fire to attacks and add/remove fire in harvest and be really upset that you just wasted 10 divines for no reason god that was so stupid what are you doing go to bed
I love the idea of this league if MF wasnt a thing. Kinda forces you to play it to get the insane loot many are getting. Plus it feels like theres only one way to farm being T7 Cemetery abyss. Idk just seems really boring.
You can do it on any map and any tier, its actually better in T16 maps. You just need a very strong better for it.
MF league sucks for casuals 😂
