I just unlock New Mexico, but I think it’s not Good enough for tier 5
Do I have to farm the line or skip to British or something else?

Ok, New Mexico is good, Colorado is harder to play and Iowa is better, thing is commanders, hard to explain in few lines but use Sims Free to play or AL NJ pay, build inspiration for sigma, Iachino/Cunningham.
