Doing my best to keep this 1939 Singer 31-15 appearing all original with a hidden modern servo drive motor and controller.

A great machine! I have the very similar, and more rare, 31-20. It has a clutch motor, but I got it from a friend who was a wizard with old machines. He replaced the hand wheel with a larger pully to make a speed reducer. This machine has reliably sewn all my chaps, belts, and wallets for about 25 years now!
