Hi Darshan, nice to see that U hv rchd Haridwar in Sawan ka Mahina .This Kawad Yatra was started for a good cause as a pilgrimage during the break after all farming activities. The bhakts used to travel to Gangaji and get the jal for the Village temple. It was a holy thing. But, now things have changed 70% people are there just for fun. They have turned the Yatra to Hooliganism. Notorious activities like drug abuse,pickpocketing and eve teasing are rampant. For us, Delhi-NCR people this whole thing becomes a menace sometimes.
