Mz TS 250 First Start

This bike has not ran right in many years. After fixing the wiring, this is the first result. Not great, but progress. It has about 90 miles, but was sitting outside for many years.

Hi , Nice bike , I have a yellow one that was stored in a dry basement of a house . It also have vary little miles on it . I like to ask you something about the fuse box if I may . I been messing around the fuse box to clean all the connectors on the fuse box . It seems that I may have crossed some wires . Can you please tell me how are the wires or should I say what wires goes to what fuse . Starting with the fuse on the inboard side fuse holder . The inside top what wire color goes there and how may . Then at the bottom of that fuse . Then on the other side or the out board side closes to the cover . Top wire colors first then the bottom wire colors . I would appreciate it vary much . Vary nice looking bike .

Hi, I got this bike with the fuse box, and wiring completely torn up. So how mine was wired will not help you. I installed a more modern style box. If you look at the factory wiring diagram, you can figure things out. Here is a link for a 6 volt ts250. It should help you figure out your wiring. Also there is a fuse in the headlight bucket, in a plastic sleeve.

@@OddCars Thanks for all your help and thanks for the wiring diagram . The problem is that on my bike there are like 3 brown wires and 2 red wires going to the fuse box . I did not want to cross them .

I have the same bike in yellow l restored. To start. Choke on ignition off. 4 kicks. Choke off ignition on should start first or second kick.
