@@wholelottabuckets Could also be that there's not really a firm heel counter in place (apparently it's just the material mostly which is supposed to hold your foot in place.)
Cushion setup... Way too much cushion tbh... First days felt unstable and wobbly, ankles endured excess fatigue. The more they breakdown, the better they feel. It takes time (about a week for me).

Yo bro nice review! Really like these "after hooping in them for x amount of time", gives you a better idea of how these things look after a few weeks. Question, what would you say are the things to look out for when you're putting in hours in these - like should I be wary /be more careful of some parts of the shoe's durability, does the cushion/materials differ after putting in weeks. Thanks man!
The shoe is one of the most durable shoes I’ve played in, even now there’s very little ware on them, the cushions gotten better and more comfortable since I’ve played in them last and they actually become my favorite shoes to hoop in, no real big downsides other than what I mentioned (weight)

I have ankle soreness too and the cushion is on the stiff side. But I agree they are very good hoop shoes.

I think the reason for the ankles hurting our fatigue has to do with the cushion. I know for me too much cushion hurts my feet after awhile. I haven't tried these but have a pair conning in. Got them on sale for 125

Maybe. But I believe it’s because of 2 reasons:
1. His sons play in Kobes
2. Lebron has preferred low tops over the last few years since the 16s came out.

What's up man, thanks for this video. I got a size 10 in the violet frost colorway, which fits me perfectly. but size 10 in the trinity breds is killing my feet. I exchanged them for 10.5 but had heel slip issues when hooping. Feel like i have to stick with size 10 and just pray they break in a bit. The black mesh is much stiffer and tighter on the trinities than the purple mesh on the VF for some reason...

I like the KD 15’s slightly more but the Lebrons are still great shoes, and those are on my list of shoes to get for sure

Personally I feel like they are both and I feel just as bouncy, you do feel higher off of the ground in the Mb.02 though so I guest that may help, and thank you!
What size would you recommend? My usual shoe size is 12 and the fit is super snugg. While in 13 it's comfortable but I feel a little bit of heel slippage. I have a wide foot.
They fit pretty tight for me and I’m a 12 so maybe 12 and a half

for me court feel isnt the best its killing my feet at first but the suade ones are so much better the support is tooop tier on the suade materials but on the normal lebron 20 i had problems with material support when i was moving latherly the shoe was yust rotating
Does it feel like the nike zoom air unit at the front of the shoe is bulging out? The zoom units at the front almost feel like they are over inflated. Whenever I wear the shoe I can feel a bump from the zoom unit.
It’s definitely pretty inflated but I wouldn’t say to the point where it’s bulging out for me
Do you notice any wear on the soles around the area under the outrigger? Some pieces of the tread under the outrigger on my pair have come off clean from the bottom of the shoe.
Nah I haven’t but I’ve only hopped in them about 20 times so I’m assuming your pair has more wear on them
@@wholelottabuckets Everything else is fine, its just the treads under the outrigger that are coming off of the bottom of the shoe. They aren't even worn down or anything, they legit just snapped off.

Hey I've had the lebron 20s for almost a week now and I'm playing in them for 2 hours a day. At first everything is fine but then the bottom of my foot (my arch) starts hurting bad. Is this part of the break in process or should I look at some other shoes? If this is normal, how long would it take to break in fully? Thx!
So I had the same problem and then the insole popped and I got pretty bad heel bruise but before that happend they were my favorite shoes to play in, might have just gotten a bad pair idk but that’s what happend to me

I like the Lebrons better but the KD’s have better cushion

a little late but my lebron 20 trintiys are picking up dust but when i wipe them the traction is amazing, but pickup dust after a couple of minutes and i start sliding. wondering if it is just because i havent been using them for that long and if i just need to break it in for the dust pickup to minimize
I found they aren’t the greatest on dust
I wiped the soles of my lebron 20s with isopropol alcohol thinking it was a good idea. About 2 minutes later I learn that alcohol is damaging to your soles and other areas of the shoe. I quickly tried to wash the soles with warm water but I am unsure if that helped with anything. I don't think I got any alcohol on the uppers of the shoe but I'm not sure. I can't find anything on the internet about what to do if alcohol gets on your shoes. I'm worried about what will happen to my lebron 20s, so I am hoping you would know a thing or two about saving shoes exposed to alcohol. Even if its just a past experience about alcohol on your shoes, it would still help put my mind at peace.

At the right end of the swoosh by the heal there is some I’m looking at it rn
@@wholelottabuckets same with me but its only happening to my right shoe and it is much more severe compared to your description. I see multiple ~1cm long frays all around the right end of the swoosh (this was the result of playing indoors for around 2 hours).
