Check the fuel filter first. I have a John Deere 5410 that acts that way

Had a bug in in my fuel tank closing off the fuel change filters blow out fuel lines everything and it was in the filter comeing out of the tank where I found it I'd check that before you get in to injectors you probably know all this

It seems you are running the tractor "wide open" - pushing it for all it's worth. I understand the time constraints, but is it possible if you were a bit gentler with your equipment, maybe you wouldn't have these issues as often?

You have to run it at a certain engine RPM to maintain 540 RPM at the PTO to run the mower. I know it sounds like the tractor is running too hard but that is how those machines are built to run. Running it at a lower RPM could possibly damage the engine and/or the mower.

@@alltheoutdoorstuff8294 540-rpm power take off (PTO) operates at a low 1,960 engine rpm to conserve fuel and maximize your efficiency no matter what implement or attachment you operate. For further efficiency, a 540E PTO operates at just 1,535 engine rpm, while the 1,000-rpm PTO operates at a low 2,125 engine rpm.(from New Holland website)

I do run my tractors "hard" but within their operating range. Both the New Holland and the John Deere are rated at 2,300 engine rpm for 540 pto rpm that is were I run them when using the pto. Both engines are also rated at 3,000 engine rpm max. I have never had either one close to max. Neither have economy or 1,000 pto. The only issue that I have had with the New Holland that may be related to hard service is the clutch and the doors (the last one stupidity on my part lol)
Thank you for taking time to watch my channel and comment. I appreciate it very much.
