Your students need something to do in their free time, so might as well give them something that comes with some added benefits. Since each student can only join one club, picking what you offer is an important choice. Which club is best? I have a few opinions on them...

One thing I discovered after recording this video is the exact effect of having an assistant working at a club recruitment table. They don't seem to attract more students to the club, but rather speed up the process of enrolling the student in the club. By cutting the sign up tom in half, more students can join the club more quickly. So there might be merit to having a club assistant in the early stages of a club. Buuuuut it might be cheaper in the long run to just buy a 2nd sign up table since that is just a flat $2000 and doesn't draw a wage or go on breaks.
Facts, I usually end up with 2 club sign up stations
Alright, I'm struggling with this one. I don't have the club icon, within the ADD ITEMS screen, so I'm unable to place a club stand to even get it started. I'm on year 5 and I'm surprised I didn't really notice until now. Anyway, I read somewhere that you need to have a student complete a private session as part of the requirement and I have no idea where that option is and how to do that either. PLEASE HELP! This has been hurting my brain not being able to figure out how to do these things. -___- Thank you in advance!
I took Two Point Campus with Gamepass, I had never seen any game of the franchise, I went looking for some tips because I was having problems mainly with dorms and I fell on your channel, honestly, I marathoned all the videos I could, you helped me a lot with the my campuses and enjoy the game even more! Thank you very much and a hug from Brazil!
Same here ! @Canada ! Follow and like it's the investment for a fun playthrough !
Gamepass funciona no pc? Ou só no xbox?
@@breeavila Depende de qual você tem, a Ultimate funciona no PC e Xbox, a "normal" só no Pc, e acho que tem uma versão só de console (não sei pq não tenho Xbox, só jogo no Pc)
Nature club also waters in door plants (which are the cheapest way to increase indoor attractiveness in a large area) as well as sweeping up litter. Its the best club early on when you dont have money for janitors. Counterculture study Rebels take out garbage; rebels in the nature club are all basically mini janitors.
I love the nature club, definitely notice the difference especially when there's a lot of natural disasters messing up my campus.
You make a very good point about the nature club on disaster maps.
the nature club was my favorite on Pebberly, not so much for the disaster cleanups but all those students running around in fedoras and fig leaves!😂😂
I also liké thé sleep club .
Thank you, Pinstar. I had not figured out that there was a downside to speed walking. Now I will be more careful.
This video helped me beat Spiffinmore after like 7 failed attempts! Haha one of the star quests was "cure 20 pastoral issues" and it was super easy now that I know that the speed walking club causes those! 😂
But who needs purpose when you've got The Orb?
Honestly, I would have thought that power walking would drain energy more slowly because the students are getting more stamina as they progress. Knowing that is not the case changes things a lot for me. Thanks so much for this video!
The energy drain only kicks in when the speed boost does, but combined with the passive energy drain it can easily leave students at dangerously low energy levels. Once they get the Day Dreaming condition, they are going to be miserable for quite awhile.
awesome tips. Was waiting for you to weigh in on clubs. I always just built them all & let the students decide. Thanks Pinstar!
This is really good info. I had it backwards thinking the nap club might not do much since my student energy was always so bad. But it turns out it's that pesky speed walking club the whole time! I did know that about the dorms, though. I try to limit my classes to certain areas of the campuses through managing who can use which lecture hall and who can use which dorms and placements of the classrooms, hoping to cut down on student travel time.
Great tips, thanks! The energy drain on the Power Walking effect feels like a bug to me, just because it seems so counter intuitive and as you show causes the club to be effectively useless. A rebalance for it is due methinks.
a bug? Probably not. An oversight/too much? Probably
Great vid. I firsthand experienced the dangers of the speed-walking club during the campaign and it nearly ground the map into a halt. I replaced the old club kiosks with power-nap ones and things got a lot better.
Hope the kiosk video is coming soon. That's been such a back and forth for me, especially early in a campus.
Good timing Sir, thank you!
I am currently on Breaking Point and to get the second star you need 4 clubs at lvl5. Now the Orb club goes against the ethos of that campus so you have to use the remaining 4 to complete it.
Well, you've convinced me. I thought the Orb was the worst club, but I think I agree with you about Power Walking. I thought it was one of the best, especially with the health boost the items give, but if it's draining energy then it's just not worth it.
Unfortunately, we just don't get much choice in some scenarios, but for the others I think I'll stick to Power-Nap or Book Club.
Excellent. The best series of tutorials for Two Point campus are in this channel.
very interesting and informative, thanks for sharing
If I thought about it a little more, the nature club would have been enormously helpful on Spiffinmoore considering the sheer amount of crap that map throws at you, and when the Life Munchers come around, Janitors will need all hands on deck to repel them.
Instead, I went with Speed walking and Book club....because I was infected with the stupids.
Awesome video! Well worth the wait. No more power walking for me.
This was so insightful! I have just started playing and am only on Mitton but I was under the impression walking club was the best club (even though book club is my fav so far) but now I’ll be boosting Nap club more. Have you tested taking away clubs once they’ve already been established? Is that possible?
I know it's on your list as well, but I'm looking forward to your video on the food stalls and their effects.
Ah, this explains so much.
I have been wondering why all those nerds were tired when I have the power walking club.
Could you do cliques or characters of the campus? Like the Rebels, Goths, Clowns and Chefs.
That's on my list of videos planned!
@@Pinstar thanks man!! Also I been using the Loo/Shower by 2 and it’s really helpful!! I had to invite the other courses to 3 star Noblesteed. Took me 7 Years but fun. I take my time with the game
The naturist/naturalist joke cracked me up when I realised what they were doing.
Amaz vid!
what do u recommend? is it better to have more than one club or just one specific in particular?
Personally, I aim for one or two active clubs at a time. Early on, the napping club isn't as needed since your campus isn't spread out yet so starting with either the orb or book club for the extra income makes sense. Once you grow enough to need a 2nd dorm room, then Napping becomes important. Then again, there is no harm in having that from the start.
Once you get to 3+ clubs, the impact of each is spread too thin.
@@Pinstar I always just solo nap club. I splurge on my initial lecture theater, so that plus good teachers I've pretty much always averaged A grades - with the only exception being the archeology level I couldnt afford the splurge so I put in a private tuition.. The book club would have been ideal.
Havent tried the Nature club, but otherwise I just figured high energy cuts down sleep / dorm time so they can be active doing their other needs and assignments.
All the same, love your vids, thanks heaps

It would be nice to know if the sign objects for the club have any purpose over the other objects. I thought they were stations
Every club has a signup booth and a tier 1, 2 and 3 object. The signup booth is what allows students to join the club in the first place. All booths allow an assistant to work there, but do NOT require one. Assistants merely speed up the time it takes a student to join the club.
The tiered objects allow students to participate in the club and build their club level. These objects don't actually give the club's effect to the people using them; the sleepy sheep from the nap club won't actually cause club members using to restore energy, for example.
But by raising the student's club level, it amplifies the club's effect to make it more likely to happen. A level 9 nap club student is much more likely to nod off for a quick nap while waiting for something than a level 1 nap club student, for example.
@@Pinstar Ok I get it now. I spread those around my campus and indoors having no idea how they worked. It did seem like they were for interacting with for the boost. I wish the game told you this better
Where do you get orb foundation from? I've been 3 staring each campus and don't have it yet.
The orb foundation is introduced in the first alternative-income campus, Upper Etching. You don't need to get any stars to unlock the club, just play it for awhile. You don't need the Orb to stabilize your income on that campus, just pick up the General Knowledge course alongside music and counter culture and the cash should flow easily.
@@Pinstar Why those courses?
@@advkow The level starts you with music and counterculture, so you don't have much choice with those. General Knowledge is an easy, 1 year long course. Since you get paid $2000 every time a student levels up, you want as many level ups as possible. Since the early levels come much faster than the later ones, having a set of students that start over at level 0 every year (since they graduate after only a year) will mean you'll get a lot more income from General Knowledge. Not to mention, the normal weakness of General Knowledge - a really low base tuition fee - doesn't apply in Upper Etching since nobody pays their normal tuition fees.
@@Pinstar Ahhh I see. I was wondering why that course was a thing.
I go nap, then book, then nature club on all of my campuses. Speed walking and orb are useless.
How do you have sooooo much money?! I am struggling with trying to keep income. I think I am at the 3rd or 4th campus.
In the intro/outro sections, I was on a 'creative' sandbox which basically starts with you with a ton of money. In the middle sections, that was a 3-starred Urban Bungle with 5 different courses at level 3, so a TON of income from tuition and rent.
How can I get Kudosh quickly? I’m just about to start my second year and I’ve hardly gotten any!!!
Kudosh is in short supply early on. I'd suggest getting every school up to 3 stars before you move on to the next level. That will give you more chances to earn Kudosh.
@@Pinstar Thank you, Im dying to unlock so many things!! I love your videos and watching them has made the start of campus experience much smoother than the start of hospital!!!
Yay, clubs
