Awesome update on Navigator. Thank you!
Hi True Janey Sue, she's looking pretty cool. Can't wait to cruise on her soon.
Love It Chris. Cant Wait To See It All Done.
Hi Tyler, I'm sure we'll have more video soon.
Im sssooooooo excited for this upgrade
Hi Autobot Diva, me too!
Just booked today for a cruise the week before Thanksgiving. I like the improvements they’re making to Navigator. I can’t wait to experience this ship after the upgrade.
Awesome channel btw. My wife and I look for videos from you guys before we book any cruise we go on. Thank you for what you do.
Hi Terry, thanks for watching. I'm 100% sure the dry dock work will be completed by Thanksgiving ... in case you had any doubts :-) Thanks for the comments. We make these videos so that cruisers (new and experienced) have the best information possible when selecting a cruise. Glad you find our channel helpful.
Wow!! Time flies!! We Just been on Navigator this Xmas Holidays!! All the crew where very excited about the refurbishment :D She is a beautiful Ship, and now she's gonna be even prettier!! Thank you for your videos and updates!! God bless you!!
Hi Cyndy, thanks for watching. We should see the completed work on Navigator of the Seas in the next few days.
@@TalkingCruise YEIIII!! Can't wait!! Thank you :D
What do you think of the changes to Navigator of the Seas? Let us know in the comments.
These videos are so interesting 👍🏼
Hi Isabel, thanks for watching.
Way Cool. Sailing April 12, 2019 can't wait !!!
Hi Scott, thanks for watching. Have a great cruise!
Navigator was the first boat my fiancé and I went on together. Matter of fact my profile picture you see was taken on navigator. Looks like we have to check her out when she’s done.
Hi Mike H, thanks for watching. Yes, definitely book another cruise on Navigator of the Seas!
Wow, that looks fantastic!! Where are the new staterooms ? Travelling on The Voyager of the Seas in November, how similar is its refurb to the Navigator?
Hi Glen, thanks for watching. There are new interior, balcony and junior suites added to Deck 11 forward, where the fitness center used to be. The fitness center has been relocated to Deck 12 aft.
I booked on June 10th in one of the new suites on deck 11. Balcony looks huge, Im excited!! Wish the video was of the finished project!! Hopefully someone will do a review of the new rooms soon!
Hi Teresa, thanks for watching. Did you book one of the corner junior suites? I have one booked too. The balconies will be in full view of the panoramic staterooms above on Deck 12, but I like new and I know the existing staterooms have not been touched.
Yes, one of the Corner Junior Suites! :-) When are you sailing? Maybe if you go before me you can post a review video, and I could do the same. Did you see the recent video of Navigator of the Seas renovation? The last 1.00 minute of the video is the new staterooms.
Yes I did. What cabin number did you book, and what dates are you sailing? Whoever goes first should share a video, /pictures of the cabin! :-)
Yes! :-)What cabin # did you book? When are you sailing? I would love to see pictures, or better yet, a video, if you are sailing before me.
Thanks for the video! Do you know if she’ll have the freestyle Coke machines added? Thanks again!
SayHey She will have freestyle drink machines, just like her sisters Indy and Mariner!
Hi SayHey, thanks for watching. I see Dubbs71 beat me to the answer, but yes there will be freestyle coke machines, usually one or two in the Royal Promenade and another in the Windjammer.
Hi Dubbs71, thanks for watching and providing your input.
Is the ship coming to Miami on Monday or Tuesday?
Hi Milkys, Navigator of the Seas in coming into Miami right now. (Mon @ 6:00am)
How long was this dry dock?
Hi Seamanship, thanks for watching. I believe Navigator of the Seas spent 6 weeks in dry dock.
What are they doing to the pool deck?
Hi Danny, thanks for watching. The pool deck (11) is being totally redesigned and reconfigured. To start, the pools are being reshaped and in-pool loungers are being added. A brand new bar concept The Lime & Coconut will replace the standard pool bar, and offer three decks of outdoor lounging and great views. They are also adding a small splash pad for little kids. Two new dining venues are being added. EL Loco Fresh offers complimentary casual Mexican food like burritos, tacos and nachos and was first introduced on Symphony of the Seas. Johnny Rockets Express will replace the existing full-service Johnny Rockets that was located on Deck 12 and will serve burgers, and other diner food at an extra cost. This location will be more of a walk-up venue now. Overall, the design of the new pool deck is quite different for Royal Caribbean. You can check out more in this video we made a few months ago. czcams.com/video/rJC6JFtz4Rs/video.html
When we're all of these shoots captured?
Hi Lenox C, thanks for watching, This footage was captured during the final stages of the dry dock. The ship is due in Miami Monday or Tuesday of next week.
Where are the new cabins located?
Hi dsvd79, thanks for watching. There are new interior, balcony and junior suites on Deck 11 forward, where the Fitness Center was located.
when is its first refurbished sail away?
Hi Cobber 2406, thanks for watching. I believe the ship will arrive in Miami Monday or Tuesday of next week and have her first official voyage on Friday March 1st.
Unfortunately they did not get this ship done on time I was supposed to go Sunday and they cancel on us I’ll be honest Royal Caribbean drop the ball how it was handled I won’t go in to it quite yet stay tune
Hi Bruce, thanks for watching. Sorry about your cancelled cruise, especially with such short notice.
When is the completion date scheduled for? I have my cruise booked for August.
Hi M Jackson, thanks for watching. The dry dock work is done, Navigator of the Seas is sailing into Port Miami right now (6am Monday)
@@TalkingCruise Great! Thanks!
Talking Cruise Wonderful!
Did all the staterooms get up graded or just a certain area?
Hi Geovani, thanks for watching. I've cruised on Mariner and Independence after similar dry docks and the rooms looked untouched. What I would suggest, if you are looking to book, is select one of the new rooms added in the 2014 dry dock on Deck 12 or the ones just added to Deck 11. There were are also some interior and ocean view rooms added in 2014 on Decks 2 and 3.
@@TalkingCruise thank you!! Great channel I'll keep watching!
Talking Cruise The ones added on deck 11, are those now taking the place of the peekaboo bridge and walking area?
But by the way it's better than Skypad.
March 15th for me!!!
Hi M Smith, thanks for watching. Have a great cruise on Navigator. I was booked on this cruise too, but unfortunately had to cancel a while back.
I am supposed to sail or fail on march 10, 2019. I can only hope RC will give a thumbs up or down B4 the last moment. If we get on I will review. 4 couples going on this Cruz and # 12cz for me never been on Royal C , make or brake..... Old reviews said staterooms dated, a new mattress and seat covers maybe?
Hi Larry, thanks for watching. I would think the ship will be ready in time for your cruise as there is another cruise scheduled before yours.
I'm also going on the 10th.. keeping fingers crossed
@@latoyaedwards971 Hi Latoya, thanks for watching. Navigator of the Seas is already in Miami and sailing a "shakedown" cruise today through Thursday. The first guests leave on March 1st, you'll be all good to go for your cruise.
@@TalkingCruise so we will b the 3rd cruise for this ship
@@TalkingCruise when will we c the updates for the findings
I wonder if the freedom would get the loco Fresh thing, I hope
Hi RamiDopeVlogs, thanks for watching. It's hard to say for certain, Royal Caribbean seems to be changing things up a little on each dry dock they do.
@@TalkingCruise I hope they change more things
Meanwhile, the elevators at my work have been "under going maintenance" for over 6 months.
Hi Nom Nom, thanks for watching. Nice! :-)
She's going out this weekend in fact.........
Navigator of the Seas will be getting out of dry dock soon, but this weekend's cruise departing Feb 24th was canceled because the dry dock was behind schedule.
Talking Cruise you're right, they originally scheduled next week, but now it's a few weeks later.
I'm booked on the March 15th cruise so they better get moving
Erik Gustafson Yes it will.
Dennis Watkins Yes it will.
generally speaking its never a good idea to cruise on a brand new ship or one that has been re fitted for at least 3 to 6 months i was on the empress of the sea in late august 2016 they were re done to the tune of 55 million in feb and had many issues till they worked them out most new boats dont come to south east florida right away the sail in Europe or the med till they work out the issues 18 cruises so far all very good no issues
Hi Richard, thanks for watching. I've been telling people this for years. Not only do you risk there being issues with delays or mechanical problems, you also tend to pay a premium for being one of the first guests onboard.
Why can't the ship have Skypad?
Hi Milkys, there is literally no room left on the deck for Sky Pad. I agree, the new aqua coaster and slide look awesome.
