    Great bassist, great composer, gorgeous voice, and one of the most beautiful women in the world.

    Whoever miked/mixed this performance is at the top of his game and has the GOLDEN ears required to do that so well. Along with the performers, it's in another league. Over (laboratory tested) acoustically-flat headphones (Sony MDR V600, Sennheiser HD 580 or Etymotic Research ER-6 ) the sound is some of the very best I've heard on any recording. Over headphones, that note at the end will seem to go right "through your brain"! I hope You Tube doesn't ever degrade it from that current quality.

    She plays solo like Mingus, I would say the phrases are in Mingus style, the sound also.
    Beautiful, inventive and in the tradition. Great musician, extremely beautiful women

    I seen her in Denver last month in July 11th (6:30pm) at the Botanic Gardens.
    She played songs from 12 Spells Album and 1 song from her Formwela album - Formwela 4

    People often differ in opinions. It's a fact of life. If that person didn't like the music you like, you don't need to rant.

    My question was, what makes u so special th@ u can come in and attack her like that? Don't u no what she does is extremely difficult, but 2 pull it off, with such ease and grace and then 2 make it look easy, is overly beyond impressive, I was just saying, give the girl her props, and don't pick out something so small and unnoticable 2 draw attention away from her God given talent. Her music is exceptional anyway, and the musicians surrounding her aswell, be a nice guy and just don't be a critic.

  • @Pirrelli8
    @Pirrelli8 Před 11 lety +4

    What instrument have you played?, and how do you know her bass is out of tune?, just leave the negative comments out, she's a talent beyond critiques, and faults. What she does is immeasurable, and unequal to any other current musicians status, find someone else to belittle, she's not the one, sorry. Just say she's really good and leave it at that.

      @raymondbradley1736 Před 5 lety +1

      We both know that she is so good that if her base Was Out Of Tune she could stretch the strings in tune and still play it and it would sound just fine

      @raymondbradley1736 Před 5 lety +1

      I never saw the belittle comment whoever did that as never play an instrument in his life I have never heard her base ever be out of tune and I play bass what a voice her range is phenomenal
