Noong pinahihiya, nilalait, at pinakukulong ang mga resource speaker ng mga senador katulad ni Sen.Tulfo sa senate hearing, wala tayong naririnig kay Sen. Binay, dating Chairman ng Senate Committee on Ethics, kahit maraming bashers online, tungkol sa improper conduct ng mga senador. Ngayon, siya ay napahiya sa senate hearing kay Sen. Cayetano, agad niyang naisipan ang Ethics Violation at minadali mag-file ng Complaint. Paano hindi siya matatawag na “Maritess o Buwang” kung biglang lumulusob sa senate hearing na walang dalang sariling dokumento bago batukusin na mali ang financial report na hawak ni Sen. Cayetano. Galing pa man din ang mga report ni Cayetano mismo sa staff ni Binay. Sa P23B building construction cost, kailangan mo ng financial report bago bumatikos at iyan ay dapat alam ni Binay lalung-lalo na nasa mesa niya ang mga DPWH reports ng 15 buwan na walang katuturan. Sa dami ng problema ng ating bansa, dapat hindi ninyo bigyan ng pansin iyang kaso ni Binay katulad ng ginagawa ng mga senador sa panghihiya, panglalait, at pagpapakulong ng mga resource speaker sa senate hearing. Wala dapat “Double Standard.”
Gusto lang ni Binay na maneutralize mga tanong sa kanya ni Cayetano. May tinatago. So pls. Sen Cayetano keep asking her about the 23B.
Siyempre pinag usapan lahat ng mga senators yan at si.Senate president Zubiri kaya d pwedeng si Binaynlang ang pipigain diyan at d naman yan tiyak ang.may approval niyan at ang may project din niyan sina sen. Lacson at sen. Sotto pa kaya lang ayaw naman ni Cayetano pag harapin sila para magka intindihan sila sa tinatanong sa building na yan at d.pweng isa lang ang kakausapin diyan.
Hopefully any action be instituted to maintain sanctity and dignity of the office...

during the committee review hearing, sen cayetano was right on the money, when he expresses his strong position on conducting transparency of the taxpayers money. unlike her, who has the nerve to suggest that selective individuals including herself, will just hold a private meeting to discuss the project budget of billions of pesos.

There are a lot of country's concerns to pay attention to and to resolve, rather than spend 16 months, more or less, to this ethics complaint by you, Binay. Sinayang mo na nga ang 15 months na nasa table mo ang mga dokumento for your review... yet, wala kang maisagot sa kung anong resulta ng review mo. Be productive!

The 3 branches of government are usable. The executive which is the president, governors, mayors who will execute the laws. Judiciary is the one who oversees the laws, and legislative the one who makes the laws.

If Binay hadn't BARGED IN, uninvited, then started interrupting the chairman, being out-of-order, then walking out, the hearing would have carried on, normally. She's the one that's completely unethical.

Let me talk about Senator Francis Tolentino dati akala ko parang wala lang sya pero he obtained THREE master's degree in law internationally obtaining several awards in the process. He is also a registered lawyer here in the Philippines and in USA. He also obtained Master in National Security from National Defense College of the PH, a very selective institution.
