Chris, thank you for making an amazing video of this Puzzle! I had such a great time creating it! And thanks for getting caught up in all of the distractions! I will definitely be sending you more soon...
Sir. That was an amazing puzzle you made👌. Well freaking done. 👏👏
Beautiful puzzle, well thought out. Thanks for entertaining everyone who watched this video. Great job.
@@rendzkho8068 Thank you!
@@drewcarter8084 Man, I really appreciate that. It was my pleasure.
I wasn't just entertained, I was moved. Thanks for your service Dan! God Bless.

Agreed
same here :))
Sameeee
I actually thought that too 😂
Who else was scared that it’d fall and the bottle would break
everyone should've
Im just glad he didn't put the bottle on top of the puzzle. It's something I would've done :,D
Nsj
Doesn't that trigger PTSD?
Me
imagine FBI raiding this guy's house for drugs and trying to open all them puzzles to find em. we'd just see the downfall of a govt agency
Uh no. If it's serious shit or they have enough suspicion then they have no issue breaking that shit open.
Do The Do and then when they find nothing they get their asses sued off
XD Thanks for the idea!!! >:)
Raza Haider doubt it they would probably just sledgehammer all his shit
Or they can just go to his channel..? Lol hahahaha
anyone else think Chris should go visit Dan- to pick up his next puzzle in-person!
absolutely - not fair to have the guy design, make a unique puzzle for you PLUS pay $300 to have it delivered. Least he could do.
Would be cheaper than shipping lol.
I do
@Luci K Imagine getting massively offended by a comment some random person made 😂🤣
@Luci K OP meant as in Chris drives to Dan to pick it up, not Dan drives to Chris (if that's what you meant); on a side note he may not like putting himself out there but would assume he has some respect for Chris considering he did just send him a custom piece and announced his plans for a second one, so it might be like meeting an idol for him
I just realized that if u ever got into some shady business u have a lot of hiding places for items that shall not be named

That's genius!
your face when the lid lifted..... PRICELESS
Hes cute lol
We gotta take a second to talk about the maker of that puzzle .
These puzzles are absolutely amazing . To be able to make those . Wow.
The maker of the puzzle sounds like a gay stalker to me. Did you notice the bit of his weird note that was edited out?
Excatly!
Brilliant woodwork combined with modern keys and mechanism in it which blowed my mind! So good puzzle
I'm waiting for something bigger level 10 from this guy!
He is taking it serious
@@QuasiELVIS That's called opening up and speaking from a place of insecurity. The guy has PTSD which can be debilitating. His effort and note show that he is working on breaking out from the fear and doubt that he is dealing with and that is a very positive move. Comments like yours have no place in society. Who cares if the guy is or isn't gay anyways? That comment makes you sound like someone who has their own insecurities honestly. He's a fan of this site as you are clearly or you wouldn't be posting here and he clearly has talent. Grow up!
@@codemonkey2k5 Wow...thanks, Tony.
Great job Dan really enjoyed you're perspective and keep doing great things cannot wait for the second puzzle 😀
That was so cool. Thank you Chris, for sharing Dan's puzzle with us and for supporting him- as well as taking a chance on him. I too am an Army Vet. and have struggled with service related PTSD for 11 years now, and so often people hear PTSD and think that we are broken and won't take chances on us. Or they pity us, and baby us as a result- and sometimes, that's worse. Your treated Dan like a human being, and that's everything to someone in his shoes.
Dan- I hope you see this- I feel your struggle. Woodwork is an outlet for me as well- and anytime I can make cards or puzzles, or both part of that- I do. It makes everything I make feel like an extention of myself. Thank you for sharing part of yourself with us, through Chris. Hang in there- we all know that it never goes away, but it does get better- you just proved it.
Thank you for your service. I pray that find the light at the end of your tunnel and are able to conquer PTSD. Good luck.
Shashin Masuta Smoke some weed or use some CBD. It’ll ease some of the anxiety a lot of veterans come back with. Thank you for your service sir, you sacrificed your life and well being for me and my families sake and I cannot thank you enough. Much love
As a person who got PTSD from child abuse and sexual violence I really try to understand people who CHOOSE to do a Job where they should know from the first place that they can end up with PTSD.
And I don't think that there is anything good on fighting in an war with no sense at all.
So it's hard for me to have pity with vets who went to war to ATTACK another country.
@FlwrBoi OK, so you want to tell me that a 6 year old child choose by themself to get raped?
And how do you know I did not report it. You can't just do anything if grown ups don't believe what you tell them.
your comparison sucks.
and pls tell me why your life depend on bombing Iraq or other Middle Eastern countries?
If another army starts a war on the ground you live on, then everyone who defends you has my biggest respect.
But to burn down another nation thousands of Miles away from your home does NOT deserve respect and has nothing to do with protection or saving lifes.
Daniel had me tearing up with his message at the end there, didn't expect that while binging Chris today.

"This has to be mounted on the wall"
Well I guess Chris won't be spinning this one
It could still be done, but would be pretty expensive!
nigga spins his house to solve pussle, exclusive story on channel 9 news
@@vir48 Expensive in the way that it might break the puzzle or in the way of attaching a wall to an open-sided ferris wheel?
@@daggern15 I was thinking more in terms of jacking up the house and rotating it, but the easier solution is of course to build a spinning wall inside the house, a lot cheaper as well.. to be fair both are somewhat expensive though. With the spinning wall you could actually make it spin both horizontal and vertical though which would be a lot harder with the "jacking up the whole house and putting it on a truck trailer"-solution.
@@vir48 Both of your way are a lot more complicated than my ferris wheel idea. Even simpler: jack up a car, attach the puzzle to the wheel and spin it from there and it's up to you if you want to use the power of the car to spin the puzzle faster
I can only imagine how much joy Daniel is getting from watching Chris think he figured something out lol. Great puzzle man

@@dan00017 what did the part of your note to Chris that he edited out say?
This is what makes me have hope for humanity. Most days I run into people who are angry and sad and just depressed and it’s just sad most days but I get home and watch videos like this and it give my soul a smile and makes my day seeing the joy others bring in people lives out of the kindness of their hearts. They aren’t asking for anything in return or expecting something they are being caring and kind they are passing it forward. I feel like if everyone did at least 1 thing each day out of pure love and kindness they would help brighten their days.
What a beautiful and thoughtful gift. You can tell that you’ve really made an impact on the community. Thank you Dan for your service and sacrifice to our country! I’ll be praying for your continued recovery and for blessing you with such an amazing talent and mind to put all of this together!

I thought that the thing he was pulling out was actually a bottle, but it was a deck :D

You can't mail bourbon in US because it's a flammable liquid. Don't know if Canada Post has similar restrictions.

Dan thanks for the service brother, sorry for what you went through but keep up the dope puzzles!
I love how watching you solve problems, give things time, and work through them has helped with my anxiety. I know when I’m struggling that sometimes life just has hard parts and if I keep thinking and trying and flipping things on their head that I can get passed them.
I've met a lot of vets. Even lost a few. I will never understand what they went through. But they will always have my respect. Keep up the good work. Grate puzzle!

It is not a trick that the jedi would teach you
Actually made me laugh out loud.

I had the same face you did when the top lifted Chris. This was beautifully made. So clever Dan!!
Beyond unbelievably VERY cool of Dan. The puzzle was incredible. His work is great. Most importantly, Dan's message, but most of all, the honesty and vulnerability there within was refreshing and humbling. Most men, and most definitely those in the armed forces, or Law enforcement wear this "armor" (not just in uniform) that you have to be invincible. It was amazing to hear Dan open up about the issues he's been dealing with post war. I hope he continues to open up, and find more comfort in the interactions he can have with others, because he's an immense talent. And as great mind. I wish him well, and am always willing to talk. Awesome video. Great job by you both.
10:15 oh man that was the most satisfying thing I've ever seen

That was awesome. thank you to the maker of this puzzle, and thank you for your service. Thank you for putting yourself out there like this by sending sending Chris your puzzle. I have only been watching his videos for a few days, but definitely nothing is more satisfying than watching him solve the puzzle, unless I was doing it. lol. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time or the money to buy some of the more ornate ones, I will definitely continue to watch Chris’s channel and look forward to seeing your second puzzle. Kris
One of my favorite videos so far. Dan you are awesome brother. You have a real skill for puzzle making. I really feel you could go somewhere with it if you chose. Look forward to seeing Chris try to figure out the next one.

Amazing video! And an amazing puzzle! And what Impressed me the most was how original the puzzle mechanics were and most of all the generosity of mr Scott, i mean he sent all those decks and the puzzle and his time to design and make it. Loveeeeeeeeeeee this puzzle! I enjoy watching you solve these puzzles 🧩 I love puzzles and wish I could experience these intricate designs. Props to the designer!
I happened to stumble on the channel and my curiosity took over and can definitely relate to your viewpoint on people. In my line of work and in my studies, which are narcissistic psychology and sociology, I often see the worst sides of people so I have to juxtaposed that with trying to find more positive or more healthy characteristics. It’s definitely not easy. I’m glad that you found a way to take a risk on giving people you don’t know a chance to prove themselves.
I can tell from the puzzle how much thought you put in it. And it shows to me at least just like the puzzle there are many sides to your characteristics if one will spend the time to learn. Awesome. Take care.
Amazing work Dan! I loved how thought through and well made this puzzle was, you have a talent for this and I'm super excited to see number 2
