Hello, I have a yamaha wr125r / x with kit 180 malossi, for 3 months, bought from a private individual. the first 2 months ok, but now I have a problem with the cooling .I have a red light that lights up randomly at low speed as at high speed.I stop and wait, the fan turns.Then the light goes out. Important note: the water of the radiator goes into the expansion tank and the radiator is emptied a little bit as you go. So you have to empty part of the vase and put it back in the radiator. There is no automatic return of water in the radiator. The changes I made: _I changed the radiator cap by a new one. _Fluidizing liquid. _thermostat changed. _A garage told me that the temperature sensor near the thermostat was in good condition. _No leakage at the external level. _I opened the water pump to see if the turbine was not damaged.It looks good. On this model of water pump there are 2 compartments. Apparently one where the turbine was circulating water and next to another compartment but I think it's engine oil for the turbine shaft? is that it? After all that I do not use the bike because I'm afraid to break. What do you think of this and can you enlighten me please? Thank you fred

Fred Gouriou i had the same srory but it was the head gasket was broken on the 180 kit
Put 2 radiators, there should be no problem of over heating. Mine 2 years old still going strong.
You’re head gasket is blown. Change it
Expansion tanks should have water in them....
