I was going to use the envelopes I have for mine but I’m thinking maybe the tin would be better as I’d be less tempted to take it out. With the metal saving tins instead of using a tin opener if you lie them on their side, push down as you roll the side seem will open then just bend it in more and tip contents out 😁

Yeah they let me, I'm very lucky to be with RBS and they have a coin star type thing which is free to use and it takes all your change & coins. I'll then get a slip to take to the bank teller which they then put into my account xx

Hi Kirsten, I'm very lucky that my bank has a coin star machine which is free of charge. I'm with RBS so we just put it in and it counts it for us. I'll then get a slip to give to the teller which they just pop into my account x

Hi what's is the 24 & 50 envelope challenge?

Hi, the 24 envelope saves you £300 so basically, you've got numbers from 1-24, and you can use a tin, envelope, jar, whatever you like. If you put 13 in your mark of 13, etc, until all the numbers are marked off and you'll have saved £300. 50 envelopes are the same but with numbers 1-50, and it saves you £1275
