Funny thing is that it is the hottest phone on market.I went from 14 pro max to this phone and i love it...tired of paying for everything on apple..
i hear this a lot in my profession, but don’t understand what has to be paid for on apple that wouldn’t on android?
This is my first Motorola phone and it is a great phone. I had two Z flip 4s and I had issues with the screens going bad with them. With the Motorola I can do almost everything with this phone without having to open it. That is the main selling point about this phone. If that is not important to you then you should consider another phone. That's important for me though.
interesting. do you think the inside screen on the motorola will last longer than the samsung?
thanks for sharing your experience!
For me, the second screen is useful as a half phone experience. Answer my texts without actually getting the whole instagram experience and maybe getting lost in them addictive reels. I also like the fact you can use everything you need to communicate without using a bigass 6'9 inch screen. Such a savior for battery life.
you make great points tbh! i sometimes forget about the possible battery savings from not opening the screen all the time
I’ve been an iPhone user since the 2nd generation came out. I decided to venture out and try something different. I got the Motorola Razr Plus and so far I am enjoying it. Switching was a lot of work. The outer display is excellent. You can pretty much do anything on it without flipping it open. And the only reason why people were opening their flip phones was because they couldn't do anything on the outer display. Well, the Razr Plus changed that and it's a game-changer. If Apple releases a flip version, I’ll go back for sure.
yeah switching between iphone/android is hard af! i know it took me forever to get used to the iphone when i switched. i def would get an apple foldable as well!
The outside smaller screen could be good for apps that you don't need to see full screen. It has it's purposes, and it's not going to be for everyone. I personally see a use of it for maps, music, checking/replying to messages. I would especially love using it at the gym.
Since your main phone is Apple, you won’t understand how much the front screen would be useful in everyday use. I have a Flip 4 and love it and I’m definitely waiting for the Flip 5. I’m hoping all the Moto Razr plus would allow you to do will be better and more on the Flip 5. Even now I do as much as I can’t with the smaller screen I still use it.
It’s personal preference the person who has it. Of course it wouldn’t make sense to buy the phone if you are not going to use the front screen…but people buying it no why are are getting it for. Once the Flip 5 comes out I’ll wait for thr comparison videos and go from there. I can’t wait!
i got you! what sort of things do you use most on the outside screen?
@@darkmattterr For me the welcomed bigger screen will allow me to do more without having to open the phone which could get annoying. But for now, I use the smaller screen to reply to messages, continue to watch or listen to CZcams while the phone is closed. Times I don’t feel like having it open to watch but I just want to listen to the video on the go, make quick phone call but accessing my favorite contacts etc… it just saves time from having to open the phone every single time if I could do something fast from the front screen.
@@NottyGurlStylethat makes sense tbh! appreciate you giving some insight
I'm more drawed into selfies and tick tock creation with the outer display. For me it's a must have. I prefer the flexability of folding the device into different angles to compose a shot! I don't like the idea of using a tripod/ gimble on slab smartphones to take this sort of content creations. Flip smartphones has the edge for placing them on desks, tables etc.
definitely some ideas i didn’t think of! thanks for your feedback!
@@darkmattterr No problem at all but this is the use I see from this smartphone, and it's also pocket friendly!
Motorola RAZR is best phone and black color so cool this phone 😻🖤
the design is fire!! thanks for watching, and check out my full review if you haven’t yet! 🙂
I'd use the large screen for CZcams and the small one for texting and calling for sure.
i don't know about you but i hate lit up the main screen to just to reply yes or no in whatsapp . for me fully functional outside screen is huge advantage . and it saves lots of battery
I have one and i think is a nice solid device. I recommend it, 💯
been using it as my work phone and tbh i agree! check my review if you haven’t yet 😎
@@darkmattterr your review is great
gr8 video, but we need a follow up vid please
working on it! took a lil longer since i’m getting used to using android again lol. thanks for the feedback! 🙏🏻
the review is out now! 🙂 czcams.com/video/7XQkoHpdPmE/video.htmlsi=ZzeAgpBk9V33gXQf
Then what’s the sense of an Apple Watch? Just saying…this looks like an awesome phone, and I’m an iPhone 13 Pro Max user, and it’s sooooo boring now. At least the Razr is fun and seems interesting. Good work!
for me personally, the apple watch is helpful cause it’s on my wrist while my phone is in my pocket or somewhere completely else and i can check notifications without pulling my phone out. i agree iphones have gotten very boring tho.. appreciate the feedback!
maybe i'm getting this motorola as a secondary phone for my other phone line
go for it!! that’s what i’m currently using it as to test it. what phone is your main?
@@darkmattterr it's an iphone 14 pro but having two lines is killing the battery😂
and I want another phone small and portable and that motorola looks great!
i have the 14 pro also and tbh the battery drains fast even with only one line! i think the batteries on the 14 line are flawed somehow tbh
The Folding phone and the flip phone will never be big sellers.
You don't know what your talking about .. flip will be the new thing believe me.. exciting & comfortable 🔥
Man you're missing the point on this phone you can do pretty much anything on the outer display without opening up is a bonus people our getting tired of carrying around a big piece of glass lol
watch my review bro i changed my mind on a lot of the stuff!
Yessir 😊
Want to sell it
I text on mine all the time I actually have yet to text someone with the phone open
that’s dope! how are you liking the phone overall?
Great video. I agree w/ it being more of a gimmick than a useful feature for the outside screen
appreciate you as always 🙏🏻 this phone def ain’t making me switch to android lol
@@darkmattterr much respect. I became an Apple fan 2022 and I’m hooked 😂 I can download every Google app & still benefit from Apple’s ecosystem. You CANT do that w/ Android
Hey so youve used this phone for 3 weeks now right? How has it been? Im getting this phone in just over a week, getting delivered. Im really exicted. Has the phone been exciting to use? And have you been using both inner and outer screens extensively? Rating of phone?
Also the accent, i mean your accent is sick. 👍
Im from Australia and so no one sounds like you here haha
Also apparently we get the charging block and a protective case, which is nice. Noticed that you dont get either.
yes i’ll try to drop a review video soon! it is a really good phone for sure, you’ll most likely love it! it’s not gonna get me to switch from iphone tho tbh. what phone do you use rn?
thanks for the compliments lol!
@@darkmattterr I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus. A bit old but still a great phone.
hell yeah it’ll be a good upgrade for you then! i personally think you’ll like the cleaner android experience way better than the samsung. i know it’s personal preference tho, so def let me know how you like it once you get it in!
@@darkmattterr absolutely. Yeah I've had several different brands. I've never been with apple though haha for some reason but yeah I do like a clean android and not full of Samsung bloatware but yeah will let you know here or after you do your video review of the phone, cheers. Oh I'm getting the blue one too. Bored of black phones everywhere and idk not too sure about the flamboyant pinkish Magenta one. I don't think I wanna stand out that much ahhaha. Though I feel having a flip phone all the same will be a stand out anyway
@@darkmattterr sorry bro. One more question. How is the length? It's quite a long phone I've heard compared to many other phones out there. Has that been an issue or not really? It doesn't really bother you or shouldn't bother others or it's all preferences I guess ?
Long and thin.
The screen is bigger then Iphone 4 lol
Can't watch, everything in the video is dark !
Wow you sound like an apple fanboy
