Original Property located in Quadra Island, British Columbia, Canada, designed by Architect and Interior Designer Milad Eshtiyaghi.
This is my rendition of the Cliff Mansion, famously known as “Mountain House”, made in The Sims 4. I had no idea about the floor plan and layout. However, I had researched and got the basic floor plan about how the house is divided in two sections. So I followed the same layout. And i gave it my own taste of interior and luxury. I really totally loved the way it turned out. It took me quite a long to figure out how to build this though but i am glad i could do it.
I also have “YOUR DREAM HOME” Series, where I build mansions, villas, houses, apartments, penthouses, community lots and more, desired by you.
All you have to do is, subscribe and comment to my videos, with your desired builds in sims 4. Add original property details, video links, image reference links, etc. of real life homes in the comment. I’ll try to make it as close as real in The Sims 4. And share it up on Sims 4 Gallery for you to download and play with your sims in YOUR DREAM HOME.

Mirage is a huge hotel, might need 100x100 lot size in sims 4 😛 but lets see how can i implement that. Right now i have many other ideas to create. I’ll surely do mirage soon. Thanks :)
