This build is CHEAP TO START, the maxed out version is however expensive.
You need: astramentis, mjolner, light of lunaris, algor mortis to start. Level it as any caster (spellslinger or orb of storms/wave of conviction).
At this point I have around 100ex invested into it at this point. I don't want to lure anyone into thinking that you can spend 60 chaos orbs and then erase conquerors in 2 seconds.
Random notes:
- Have decent accuracy.
- Use increased critical strikes, instead of awakened lightning damage, until you have both bottled faith and awa.light damage level 5.
- Mjolner Fortify corruption, The red nightmare jewel, doryani's timeless jewel and corrupted blood jewel are all important for defense.
- Awakened COC is NOT important. Don't get it, unless you're really rich. It just gives you 3% more damage.
- Cap your block. Get a decent light of lunaris, get yourself a good rumis.
- Quality your flasks or I'll hide your mirrors.
- Use a 1x damage circle of regret + onslaught on hit over a 2x damage circle of regret.
- The only important corruption on mjolner is Fortify on Hit.
- Get flask recharge on crit, either on belt or on watchers eye.
- Assassins Mark on Hit ring is amazing.
- Level 21 arc is very important. Level 21 ball lightning is very important. LVL21 ball lightning > Divergent Level 20 ball lightning

I am playing this build basically exactly and have a fair bit of currency into it. I just replaced my 20/20 controlled destruction with a 5/20 awakened version and I felt like it made a big difference especially with ailment effect stacking. The major shocks on bosses are coming from Arc so boosting it as much as possible will help. Another 4% more damage shock juiced by ailment effect is worth it.
Corrupted blood jewel doesn't make you immune to normal bleed. You still need a staunching flask.
That's true, but 99% of the deadly bleeds are corrupted blood. The other thing to watch out is probably the boss in the canyon map. It's a calculated risk on softcore.

Got an question: in your pob now you have awk chaos gem but in video it’s controlled destruction? Very late game change?
It definitely should be awakened controlled destruction. Don't use awakened chaos.
I got a question:
Should I invest into the Fortify Mjölner or the Cluster Jewels first? I don't have much currency yet (5Exa; 10 if I can sell a belt I have).
I already got a Mjölner, 5L Inpulsa (not corrupted), Light of Lunaris, the flasks (except Bottled Faith), Red Nightmare and Glorious Vanity. Still missing the Thread of Hope and the Watcher's Eye.
I'm around Lv 85 right now and just began mapping recently (Tier 3-5 right now).

Would running Wave of Conviction with Phys to Light be better than BL + Slower Proj if we don't have +4 Inpulsa?
No. Ball lightning is better for dps.

Pob in description, with pantheons etc. I can't give you an exact priority list, since I've only played the build once and I kept improving it piece by piece, sometimes very chaotically and you won't be having the *exact* items I have. First get 6L impulsa, Fortify mjolner, good rumis and good light of lunaris, annoints, lvl21 BL/Arc and *some* watchers eye, timeless jewel and red nightmare. Afterwards probably make a switch to cluster jewels. From there: it's all flexible. See an affordable and good onslaught regret ring? Snatch that. Elusive boots that solve your resists? Maybe focus on that.
Hello NeverSink, does the roll on "%chance to Fortify on Melee hit" on Mjolner is very important ?
It helps. Especially during clearing (not bossing), you will frequently destroy packs in 1-2 cyclone hits, so having a higher roll helps with consistent fortify uptime. Then again, it's not a top priority.

How about stun immunity...? Had to change to brine king in simulacrum or it was instadeath if stunned in the middle of mobs
50% as long as you have es. With our hybrid regen and leech, that's near 100% uptime.

Optional: 10%x3 from harvest jewel implicit...
With 70% and our defenses, I never ran into stun problems (simulacrum included). 90%-100% is recommended for 100% delirium maps though.
With using Shaper's Touch decreased the dps? It makes the accuracy easier.

Do u have some advice, to start as Inqisitor, and rebuild it to CoC?
It's my only character this league. I started with winterorb-cwc-ice spear. That being said, mjolner is very affordable, so you can transition to it with minimal funds.

Somehow missed the comment, but yes: don't run it. It's perfectly viable in all situations and you'll have huge regen instead.

@@NeverSink never saw the pob if was already there. Seems i didnt check the prices well since the gear i checked was cheap, except the impulsa and the right ring, dont remember the name.. xD
@@MetalSlav3 It wasn't there, I just added it. You can definitely take on Awakener8/9 on a 10ex budget. However, the singletarget damage will only become quite good, once you have a 6L impulsa, watchers eye, both rings and a bottled faith.
