BIBLICAL PRINCIPLES AND FOUNDATIONS FOR MARRIAGE:
    1) God’s Glory is the main purpose for your marriage
    2) Agape Love - is unchanging, unconditional, self-giving without demanding expecting repayment. Our love for Jesus Christ is our motivation to do what God has called us to do in marriage.
    3) Throne of Grace - God’s Love is never ending.
    4) Love’s Secret - In God’s Love there is light.
    5) The Armor of God
    6) Love is Patient and Kind.
    7) Love is not jealous. Love is not boastful or proud. Love is not rude. Love does not demand its own way.
    8) Love is not irritable. Love keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not rejoice at wrongdoing. Love rejoices with the truth.
    9) Love bears all things. Love believes all things. Love is always hopeful. Love always perseveres. Love never fails.
    BE IN THE WORD:
    1 Corinthians 13:4-8
“Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast, it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.
    Luke 9:23
“And he said to all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.”
    1 Timothy 4:7
    “Train yourself to be godly.”
    Galatians 6:2
“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
    Psalm 103: 11-13
“For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgressions from us. As a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.”
    Ecclesiastes 4:12
“And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him-a threefold cord is not quickly broken.”
    John 8:36
“If the son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”
    1 Peter 5:8
“Be sober-minded, be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.”
    James 4:7
“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
    Philippians 4:8
“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”
“We shouldn’t keep any record of wrongs especially if I’m going to harbor that and next time we have an argument, I’m going to bring it up and remind you of it. No, no that’s not love. Love is I forgive and forget and I’m going to move on. That’s love.” - Gerard
“This is something at God’s heart. God hates sin. What the bible calls sin is basically missing the mark, hurt us, and hurt other people. Love doesn’t want to do anything that is wrong. Love hates those things.” - Gerard
“I would, my brothers and sisters, that we could all imitate the pearl oyster. A hurtful particle intrudes itself into its shell, and this vexes and grieves it. It cannot eject the evil, and what does it do but cover it with a precious substance extracted out of its own life, by which it turns the intruder into a pearl. Oh, that we could do so with the provocations we receive from our fellow Christians, so that pearls of patience, gentleness, long-suffering, and forgiveness might be bred within us by that which has harmed us.” - Charles Spurgeon
“Never, ever, ever, ever give up!” - Winston Churchill
“God makes a way when there seems like no way.” - Gerard
