Yummy! I’m going to make this Chef Nikolau! All your recipes NEVER fail, I’ve tried a bunch of them…this is one that I can do easily…will be popping up to woolies for tin fish…also we get fish beads and bones from our salmon fish market only $1.99 weeks bring home, wash and make like a Thai soup with one bag using lemongrass, coriander, lime leaves and coconut milk & laksa paste or Tom yum paste…we eat as a soup The other bag we wash and then marinade the salmon off cuts in ginger n garlic paste, oyster sauce, Korean chilli miso paste it’s called kuchajong or something like that. And we roast it - best cheap meal ever! Thank you for your videos they are awesome please send love to all your family - Anthony, Princess Grace, the Queen of hearts - Mum and all your whanau!
