What Is Quiet Hour?

Talking about the Autism Quiet Hour in shops. I found four stores that have a quiet hour - Morrisons, Tesco, Asda and Home Bargains.
Advertised online their quiet hours are:
Tesco - Wednesday and Saturday 9-10am
Morrisons - Saturday and Sunday 9-10am
Asda - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 2-3pm
Home Bargains - Saturday 9-10am

I will, hopefully, be going to experience the Morrisons quiet hour on a Saturday soon so keep an eye out for the video on that one. I will link all the reviews of the different quiet hours in the description of this video
