When I drove the million dollar highway in July, it was snowing. In the Rocky Mountains, you can get snow any day of the year and they have. When I lived in Bozeman Montana, we got 18 inches of snow in the middle of June.
Another great adventure filmed to perfection in an outstanding landscape! Even though I am familiar with snow being born in Michigan, it amazes me that there are places that have that much left on the ground as late as June. Guess elevation plays a big part in it…
Thanks my friend, I sure tried to capture a sense of that elusive combo of mountain color, patchy snow, and great lighting. That's magical. It's surprising, especially above 13,500 or so how long the snow will persist. Karl 👍

That was some adventure and the drone footage was great. I have been up there but without all the snow. The views are epic. OHV do operate up there. I suggest 4x4 as there some tight turns and you need low range going down. Thanks for sharing these great views. 😀😀😀😀😀👍👍👍
