It’s a weird feeling lol because sometimes you hold on and make it. Most of it though is that muscle memory of when you fell one time. Depends on how bad you want that trick in the moment.

Do it! I just got back on the board recently, was worried about being over 30 and not having done it since highschool but, it is the best! Do I hurt myself every weekend in some weird old guy way sure, but I love it and I can heel flip and kick flip and shove it and it just feels so good. Even if I just ride around it's amazing. The worst part is knowing you shouldn't skate after you pulled a muscle but wish I you could.

Underestimated statement. Having skated vert ramps throughout my life( I'm old Fart now) a 13ft vert ramp is extremely terrifying for most skaters at first let alone just starting. That was straight Balls!!!!
