I found it odd that Nick defended Sandoval's character the next day when Natalie and him were discussing the weird lie, also on Kristen's podcast her boyfriend let it slip that he went to Sandoval and Ariana's house and also started saying he liked Sandoval. It seems odd

I literally just said the same thing to myself yesterday, regarding Nick. I noticed it too! He IS under his spell! and it’s annoying af. I miss the days before he knew him, how brutally honest he was about him. That all changed after they met.

I remember Katie was on Nick's podcast and he was very hard on Shwartz and anxious to meet for the pod. And Katie said "Oh no, he'll sweet talk you too." Nick was very insistent that was impossible, yet it was exactly what happened. it's weird bc Nick hardly gives Sandoval any leeway at all and yet Schwartz IS a Sandoval apologist. Nick treats him like he's he's just this 40-something dudebro wingman/puppy.

Love how you broke down the vial podcast. The fact that Schwartz co-signs the BS Sandoval spews makes him just as bad of a person 😭 calling Katie judgemental and a hater? He backtracked when they called him out, and was feeding exactly into the misogynist trope Dayna mentioned of calling katie judgmental for having opinions. Calling Ariana the “patron saint of scorned women” Schwartz comes off as misogynistic to his core (especially with his past behavior).
(I get why yall love him, his behavior just comes off as toxic).

The Viall files was like an insiders trading tip to VPR Don't bother watching the entire season to see if The Toms have changed They were absolutely the same f boys they've always been Sandoval is green with envy over Arianas rise and glowup!! Also how does Lisa V continually defend Sandoval?? She wants people to get over it all yet she's still pissed over being caught leaking to the tabloids and Lucu lucy apple juicy on RHOBH !!
Overall, loved your discussion about weight and body image (took a second to say “I love you” to my reflection during it, so thanks for that ❤). My only addition would be that, while I’m starting to try to think of food as food without the “good” and “bad” labels (only JUST starting this psychology shift), I think “everything in moderation” has a place in this convo/topic. We can’t blindly say “eat what you want” and “throw out the scale” when some of us with disordered eating need to be reminded that finding a balance in the types of foods we regularly consume is key. Just food for thought! (See what I did there 😜) Love you ladies, and enjoying this podcast immensely! ❤

Omg, I hope to one day have both of you in my Mint cabin! Ahemm we’re starting Dublin and Edinburgh next month🥰 My favorite part of the episode was when Katie said “I hope he cries”😂. It makes common sense to just be focused on what you want. You make choices to make it happen. It doesn't just come true by magic. You have to move towards what you want. Except with men. Sandoval and Schwartz on the Vial files, was so hilarious, if Sandoval was looking for redemption season, he’s not going to get it after doing that podcast as once again we see his true character of manipulation and darkness.🤮Schwartz, once again, trying to save his best friend with his ridiculous word salads was just laughable, poor thing he needs to find his own identity, because as James said, he’s better when he’s just Tom and not Tom plus Sandoval, but the sad thing is, he doesn’t even see it therefore, he will continue down the path that he’s on which is is going nowhere!
