Mobile can’t seem to get it to work. You have to long hold the utility bar to open the menu. Could you test on mobile and see if it works?

Still can't get it to work (in pc) but I will keep trying, I mean, I would feel bad about it if the the boss didn't have not one but two attacks that can take over 90 % of your hp or just straight up kill you just like that after teleporting behind you lo/ so if they can cheese you, I will cheese them
