You have brought great honor upon the House of Stag'Mer with your forging!
QAPLA'!
BIG UPVOTE for forging this and not cutting it out of a sheet like 99% of anyone who’s ever made one.
yes no Klingon would respect that
I thought that they would plasma cut it for a template before forging it
Agreed. This weapon is truly worthy of a Klingon.
Ok SoupFork
yes I LOVED that!!!
the "Riker maneuver" at 11:00 was a real nice touch. well played gents.
Haha
I knew I wouldn't be the only one who noticed haha
I think we found our Drunk Shimoda for this episode
Sweet Riker maneuver.
8:38 - "And I'll gently set the weld by hand"
8:42 - *BANG BANG BANG BANG"
Big Boy that’s much more gentle than the power hammer.
@6:33 It's called a scarf joint (or scarf weld). For people who want to research what he's talking about and why its important.
Also, that leg over the chair move was classic Riker, well played sir.
That's the real Riker Maneuver
That Riker Maneuver was magnificent.
This episode was done really well! From the Riker maneuver to the reveal of that beautiful pattern weld etch, to the fantastic-quality Klingon cosplay, well done! This was better than your usual production value!
Ty Tonus-Burman thanks for the King words about the Klingon 😁
Qapla'! That Bat'leth of Kahless was perfect. I've never seen it done better. You guys did an incredible job on it.
Instead of putting a request, I would just like to say that this is absolutely incredible! Keep it up and I'm really looking forward to seeing even more awesome content!
I lost it when Riker "sat" down. Awesome Trek meme guys. Also this is easily one of the coolest forgings and grind work I've seen
*Escanor's Divine Axe Rhitta*
(-from the 7DeadlySins)
Sixth Pain ESCANOR ESCANOR MEU PERSONAGEM FAVORITO DO NANATSU
ESCANOOOOORRRRR🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥♥️🔥
Estarossa vs escanor😂😂💯💯🔥
The only thing missing is one thing.....KINGON OPERA-!!!
As a huge Star trek fan I was surprised to see this
Same, it's awesome!
Always loved Star Trek, always love the Klingons. This was an amazing build!
Maybe a BIONICLE Toa Tool next? So many "weapons" to choose from!
Halo Canon Yes!
How 'bout some of the Nuva dual wields? Tahu's or Lewa's would be dope af and would 100% work irl.
ooooooh Halo Canon
Either Mata Kopaka or Lewa I guess. I personally like Tahu's flame sword, but that would be way to complex due to its shape
Kopaka's Ice Sword would be my vote. I think that would be the coolest to see. That or Matau's Aero Slicers.
Divine Axe Rhitta of The Lion Sin of Pride Escanor from The Seven Deadly Sins!!!
Up
The Riker manoeuvre, bearing 11:00!
I just found this series last month and I've been crawling through them...
This is my favourite by far... the number of techniques you guys used to build this thing was remarkable.
Thanks for all your hard work. It was awesome to watch
Make an Escanor ax that would be a great shape
Escanor's Divine Axe Rhitta Please
Love the slight imperfections in the blade, adds to the character of it. Looks like a weapon that has been used.
Thumbs up for the detailed description of the forge weld technique by Ilya
Escanor’s Divine Axe Rhitta plz
Bonus points for capturing Riker's unique sitting down technique.
Groetgaffel
You mean the Riker Manoeuvre ... 😋
Loved the camera shots where the camera was attached to the metal on the grinder!! Great job!
This is so amazing... Every time I See your episodes i can learn New stuff. Im a 15 year old blacksmith in germany and im not very experienced yet. But with your episodes i can learn more and more about forging. Thank you very much guys
"I will gently set the weld by hand" - Proceeds to hammer the ever-loving snot out of it like an angry Eastern European Dwarven Smith God.
Pretty much as we all expected.
Dam..... That's very specific detail and description.... I like it
Still gentle compared to a power hammer
yes exactly thank u
Kerry can you pls make Gandalf's sword
Do Escanos's axe Rhitta please
I have been waiting for this build FOREVER!!!!
That blade is awsomely beautiful! Thes guys can make anything come to life! Its like shaking fictional stories, and these weapons just fall out! Magical skills! Baltimore Knife and Sword Rocks!
Loved the "Riker Maneuver" with the chair
Escanor's divine axe Rittha
This is such an amazing and complex build!!! Incredible job guys!
Of all the completion reveals, this one brought tears of pride to my eyes.
QAPLA!!!!!
Please do Escanor's Divine Axe Rhitta from The Seven Deadly Sins
Ricardo Santos yesss bro
Mmmm yes
And gently set the weld by hand. Then beats the fool out of it with a hammer.... love it. Yeah I get it there’s the relatively gentle hand hammer and then the not so gentle power hammer, but it’s still funny.
Yeah I laughed at that too.
Whitpusmc lol yes "gently"
Still gentle compared to a power hammer
This is by far one of my favorite builds!
Gotta love any chance to do some sweet cosplay, too. Awesome build, guys!
Divine Axe Rhitta from Seven Deadly Sins
"We could just plasma cut it out, but that's not how we make the sword of Kahless."
Oh god, the shade, it's been thrown so far!
Is that because Ilya is a giant amongst weaponsmiths, bestriding the forge like a colossus?
No, it's because the original Man at Arms team used that process for almost all their weapons.
Oh I get you. An ideal example being their version of the Bat'leth. Still those were movie and TV accurate methods, given that the guy was one of the prolific makers of those, in the first place.
Great project, fine craftsmanship as always. Love that HF hand belt sander. It saved my bacon on a large cleaver I made that was to much for my little 1"x42" sander I had at the time. I actually draw filed about 3/4 of the edge depth I wanted, but my arthritis got the best of me and I finished it with the little HF belt sander.
I love your videos. I also like how you guys where costumes when your testing the weapons, very cool.
A masterpiece created by craftsmen worthy of song. Even a paragon of klingon virtue such as Kahless himself would be honored to call this Bat'leth their own.
Make it so #1! REFORGE!! Excellent, Out Standing, and Fantastic Job! Super Epic Sword of Kahless! Thank you.
Saw the bat'leth, just had to see that. Thank you.
That was epic. I half expected you to cast it.
Would love for the Man At Arms team to include the man hours these pieces take so we can fully appreciate the work that goes into these.
Probably my most favorite finished build ever. It looked perfect to this Trek fan
You just know every episode takes weeks, good work guys!
Fantastic piece for any klingon warrior. Kahless himself would be proud to own this weapon. Qapla!
Ilya is a master Crafts men I love to watch him do his thing he should be in that show Forged In Fire and School them all.
Escanor’s Divine Axe Rhitta.
PLS
Something tells me they wont forge it
Sercan Güngör Probably won’t. Looks like they will do one characters weapon from each series.
Sad story...
But they have done 2 from halo 😭😭😭
Resolved Fate you are wrong. They already make Cloud's sword and Sephiroth's sword in the same FF series
This is got to be one of my top five episodes I have watch this fun at least 10x 🖖
Great honor has been brought to your houses! Glory to the Empire!
Great honor on the house of Stag'mer!
Clare's claymore from Claymore
TokuOtaku I've been asking for Ivy Valentine's snake blade with working whip mode
Worf was always a bit awkward, but his heart was in the right place. Qap'la!
Qapla Kahless! Sto'vo'kor awaits you, great warrior.
Y’all are so insanely clever at what y’all do
I still say that it would be amazing to see the guys tackle another weird katana build. Like Mugen's sword from Samurai Champloo. It's dual-edged, there's a great Sai-type guard on it, and they could even build in the emergency Tanto into the tip of the scabbard. Why have one blade when you can have a dagger to spring on someone out of nowhere after they think they've disarmed you?
Escanor's Holy Axe Rhitta please next!
Oh man I wasn't prepared for the Riker chair maneuver.
That's so Awesome amazing Craftsmanship
Escanor divine axe
11:00 *performs the Riker's manouver*
Well hello there number one!
I DIED
Arlongs Kiribachi from One Piece!!!!!! Please!! That Shark Teeth style sword is awesome!!!
One of my most favorite builds you guys did, nr1 is the Hatori Hanzo build though :)K'Plah!
I love Star Trek, and I love Klingons. And I love your channel too!! So it's a triple delight for me to watch this video.
That Riker maneuvour was quite nerdy and hillarious.
Also I appreciate that you didn't went the short way around in making this sword.
As Picard would say, "You have my endless gratitude."
Yes the Riker move was unbelievable!
Another excellent show. My husband watches your show when he is dealing with depression It helps him relax and find peace
Xbox Beyond The Box UnScripted Reaction Unboxings thank you
Bill Collison You're welcome 😊
Your husband should take a blacksmithing class. Doing this work is relaxing as well.
McSquidification Wish that he could but nothing like that in our area
i can distinctly remember seeing this on man at arms before
That was a much more basic version made from a bad template. This is much more involved.
WOW! Just incredible
Escanor axe !!!
Escanor's Divine Axe Rhitta
oooohhhhhh that pattern is insane
Divine Axe Rhitta
Silence - Mortarion's Scythe from Warhammer 40k.
Ilya is a complete badass.
I find it funny that he actually sort of looks like Will Riker XD
We NEED a build like this on Forged In Fire ... I'd Love to see Doug Marcadia Take this through all the rigorous tests and hear those ICONIC words ... " Your Bat'Leth Will Kill "
Divine Ax Rhitta of Escanor of The Seven Deadly Sins ( NANATSU NO TAIZAI) PLEASE!!!
I've wanted this for so long.... *thank you* 🙏
Worf would be honored to wield this blade.
It's a cool bat-leth, no question about it. The demo at the end, going through this week's groceries -- cool in a different way. I began imagining a new show on Food Network. Something involving a Klingon sous-chef. Whose main goal, besides preparing the ingredients for the bregit lung, pipius claw, and gagh, would be to kill the head chef, of course. So a different cast each week! 😎
Pls make Escanor’s axe (Rhitta)
Love that they know that Riker NEVER sat on a chair normally, and always steps over the chair lol
its called the riker maneuver.
Indeed it is :D
Would love to see you guys do Ardeth Bay’s curved sword from The Mummy Returns! One of my favorite cinema weapons.
Ilya is, by far, the most skilled guy in the shop.
Thank you for sitting down in Rikers fashion, noice touch 👌
Divine Axe Ritha fron seven dealy sins next.
ALISSON FERREIRA u
please do "Divine Axe Rhitta from Seven Deadly Sins" !!
Awesome Build...Huge Fan of DS9...But you know what would be awesome...Sir Radzig's Longsword from Kingdom Come Deliverance, so, Make it So.
I really wanted to see the regular Bat’lith, but omg this came out INSANELY GOOD! Huzzah!
They did have a video for a regular bat'leth.
Ah, the Riker leg over chair maneuver. Well played.
That would be one hell of a way to impale someone. Picked up a hunk of the table.
One of your most badass builds so far.
yeah, cross-checking with this weapon is deadly!
I appreciate the guy stepping over the back of his chair to sit down. ;)
Stunning.
Axel’s Chakrams from Kingdom Hearts 2!!!!!
Escanor’s Divine Axe Rhitta.
A real life batleth. Never thought I’d see that
Do Ecanor axe Rhitta
Do Dawnbreaker! Skyrim
I second this, by Meridia!
This is amazing
Excalibur from Sonic and the black Knight. Hell any of the swords that the knights carry, I'm sure you'd have fun with such ornate designs.
Where is Escanor's Divine Axe Rhitta? 🤓
how long we been waiting for this axe. pls
