Hi I am trying to crochet this baby overall. I did it once with a needle size 3.00mm but the body of it was to wide/big. Start it again with needle 2.0mm and I just measured it again and it measures 26 centimeters. What am i doing wrong. Please advise
My rampers for a newborn are turning out so huge. Big enough for a two-year-old...This doesn't seem quite right. Help

I had the same problem. I’m guessing you need to use smaller yarn and/or a smaller hook

I’m using 2.5 and 3.5 hook
So funny mine grew also. So I went back to the beginning and realized it was due to the type of yarn. She used cotton which doesn't stretch out 🤪 mine was 60% acrylic 40% polyamide. Even though I had the correct stitch count, I still had to start over. Great tutorial 🤗.

I made this it's absolutely beautiful and easy. My 18 month old looks great in it I got lots of compliments for crocheting it. 🥰 I knew the size is definitely not a newborn one when I started the foundation chain for the leg ribbing (42). I wanted to reduce everything by half to fit a newborn baby but I'm glad it fits my daughter instead

Do not join the leg's chains and keep crocheting 😂when you made the legs join them like I do in the video. You can make a border (with sc) around the open parts and don't forget to live some spaces for buttons.
