    Same here. Never changed to green. Just blinks amber. My hand started going numb after 10 minutes

    I tried this multiple times and it wont change to green. How long do i need to hold? My hand started going numb?? Any other ideas?

      Hi! That´s really odd. You should definitely not need to hold it for that long. If you´ve tried it a few times and it´s still not working there might be something wrong.       Hm, odd! I would try and leave it unplugged for a little while to complete drain it of all electricity. Then try the reset again. What happens when you try and perform the reset? // Chris

      Hi! That´s really odd. Try keeping it unplugged completely for about 10 min, the plug it in. Let it start up as much as possible and then retry the process. Does that change anything? // Chris
