Its not just all about squba diving.its about learning the basics and learning how your equipment works and how it fits . oxygen use and how to ajust the oxygen before you go down into the water its learn how to ajust your belts for comfort and checking out how everything fits the individual who is going down into the water tightness of the gear around your body and how you face masks fit your face that there not to tight even aroun your tummy.great information and very informative
