Just purchased my very first Smart Doll Nostalgia in Tea with the Evolve frame. Got her as an early Christmas gift for myself. I am so excited and can't wait for her arrival.... she will make a great addition to my growing collection of bjd dolls.😊

I agree and love the new evolve frame. It just moves so well and the body feels a bit more sturdy. I can’t wait to get a boy on the new Evolve. I love your Athena and her cute outfit! Where did you get those adorable Birken bags?
Read Danny Choo’s article on the Evolve frame. He says right in it that the old frame is glued into the dolls that have it at the stand insert. He said taking that old frame out runs the risk of destroying the doll because of the glue. I’m sure it’s not impossible, but you’d probably want to be aware of that before you went to try and do it.
Hi! I’m wondering if you’re talking about or referring to the old Cortex Dolls and frames? Those used glue but the gen 2 frames and the frames used right before the evolve frames are not glued. I’ve actually put quite a few together (no glue required) and I’ve already switched out one of my gen 2 frames with the evolve frame with out any problems. The Cortex Dolls were hard plastic and I personally wouldn’t try to put an evolve frame in one of those. But the Vinyl dolls work fine with evolve, and the skeletal frame inside is easy to take apart and replace. Happy Wednesday!!
