@@TheTickyTickyTicky Nah, its gonna be quite the series. He already did the least popular, most popular and easiest classes. I hope he will do the best mobbing and worst mobbing since Night Walker are abyssmal against mobs compared to all other classes or most mobile and least mobile class.
I picked up blaster, found out about animation cancelling, and fell in love. Magnum punch, double blast, jump cancel weaving, bunker blaster, jump cancel weaving, repeat. At max combo its so fast and fluid and the damage is insane.
Can you teach me what combo they are

Got a blaster to 220 so here's my thoughts:
it's a painful journey but you will never fall asleep playing this class. too much possible combos to use it's fun and it hits real hard and fast especially with gatling gun.
I dislike the short range of this class and how dependent it is on ani-cancelling for maximum dmg output but the mobility makes up for it. Detonate is based. Failed an ani-cancel? use other skills lol or buff up.
Your keyboard will get filled but the great thing is all the buffs you need are booster and maple warrior for mobbing since blasters hit so hard and fast enemies will be gone in a hit or 2.
Start small and familiarize yourself with blaster's skills. Post 205 is when the fun really starts.
Avoid using shotgun punch primarily until you get animation cancelling and your magnum/double blast down right. Shotgun's damage isn't as high as magnum/double blast but it's a no brainer spam skill used in bossing for risky situations and times when bullets arent available.
Not looking to main other classes right now hah, blaster is too much fun

For aspiring Blaster players - keyboard layout is a must for the class. rather than the usual left hand heavy right hand for movement layout that most classes use, it is highly recommended for both stamina in playing and overall health to spread out your keybinds between the two hands and make sure that the buttons you press most leave both of your hands in a comfortable natural postion.
You shouldn't feel any pain playing Blaster (and that's coming from a person who got one to level 250) - if you do, you are straining your hands too much.
Blaster was my first class and still my main and I don’t regret it. I just get jealous of all my friends when I realize they don’t have to destroy their hands to mob xD

First you have “play for fun” players, then you have players that like a challenge. After that you have the borderline masochistic players, and above that are blaster mains.
Im definitely a play for fun player, but I main blaster o.O. Blaster is fun!

i'm a blaster main and it mainly depends on how you set your hotkeys. my hands do not hurt much from playing it, yet hurts alot when i play battle mage.
@@g1gabytez funny enough if you time the key inputs on bam at same time when moving the direction you want. You can just hold down the teleport and final blow keys till you want to stop of hit edge of screen when not using other skills. It greatly reduces the amount of inputs you need and doesn’t kill your hands xD
After trying to play blaster by committing all the combos to muscle memory, I gave up and just macro'd all my combos. Easy, but I lose control and jump into OHKO attacks from bosses. At least mobbing is aight.

I still have those medals that were a reward for doing certain amount of combos. I'm just happy that the rework made them justice, since I haven't stopped playing Aran.

Blaster might be hard but its definitely one of the best looking classes in game if not the best looking one.
Last time I was this early, I led an expedition to zakum
im a blaster main and im happy. blaster isn't as difficult as u think; sure there are alot of combos, but i'd suggest use the shotgun punch > jump > bob/weave combo.

Blaster main here. I use a controller for bobbing and shotgun in one hand, hit keyboard for jump with my other hand. This evenly distributes my carpal tunnel, Level 211 and only 3 wrist surgeries! (but honestly way more fun class with a controller.)

They reworked pretty much everything. I started playing again 2 weeks ago (last time before that was mainly 2008, last login was early 2010) and at first it might seem overwhelming when you start again as they added so much stuff while they reworked lots of areas.
I like it a lot. My main concern is that on regular servers I find it hard to make money. People say "get to 225 and farm arkana" but good luck getting to 225 if you have no gear. Then they'll say "get meso/drop gear" with those costing 10b lol. I dare say that on regular it's almost impossible to really get going unless you p2w or have friends/guild that helps because they're either already established or they p2w for you.
I heard reboot has no p2w, but it has no shared bank and no trading.
@@aljrvh Reboot isn't p2w (although you'll still want to buy a pet at minimum). For farming mesos there's a bunch of things you can do, once you're past 150 you should be able to get at least like 10-15m just from daily bosses and selling their crystals (more if you get drops for zakum face/eye accessoires, horntail ring, von leon ring etc which all go for a decent amount on the auction house), 8M per day from doing maple tour. Doing the bosses also gives you occult cubes which you can use to reroll epic potentials. Get to 5th job on at least one character (or better, get a bunch of characters somewhere in the 120-200 range) and you unlock Legion, which aside from small-but-not-insignificant passive boosts across all your characters also gives you coins which you can use to buy 2x coins and epic potential scrolls which means you shouldn't have any troubles getting your entire gear to at least epic tier, combined with all the occult cubes you're getting you should be able to at least get 1-2 decent lines across all your equip. Start with Pensalir equip if you don't have any money yet, you should have enough to buy clean CRA equip soon enough.
If you're not on a class that needs much funding that should really be enough to get you mostly through the leveling process. Maybe not to 250 because that's a huge grind even with an assortment of relatively expensive buffs and being strong enough to 1 hit everything, but definitely strong enough to get you going. Meanwhile you can do Pollo&Fritto portals and elite bosses while grinding, which'll give you some Master and the occasional Meister cube. If you're lucky you can get some equips to unique with that; Other than that there's also 5 "free" red/black cubes per month (cost reward points, but you get plenty of those from daily bosses) which _should_ be enough to get at least one item per month to unique... which, again, should be enough if your goal isn't gearing up for the endgame bosses in a short amount of time. Those aren't really doable if you're not opening up your wallet for it, I personally wouldn't bother with obsessing about them too much (you can only do them once per week/month anyway, so it's not like they're very representative of what the game normally plays like, and once you can reliably clear those you've basically "beaten the game", and what's the point in that?).
All of the above can be done relatively easily starting from zero. Don't ask what to do with "low funding", because what people hear when you say "low funding" is "I'm not quite ready to max out my CC on this game yet".
I forgot to mention in my first comment: Reboot isn't pay2win, but as you noted trading is disabled which actually can make a lot of things harder even for free2play people; For example, the only efficient ways to acquire mesos are essentially grinding in efficient maps with good farming classes. On normal servers you can make pretty good cash selling easy but slighly annoying to get things in the AH, you can get a lot of equips that normally would require bossing (or more likely, being carried through a boss because killing bosses with bad equip is obviously pretty hard) to get fairly easily, and leveling is somewhat easier for low funded players because reboot mobs are just a lot tankier (not a high end player myself, but I suspect leveling on reboot is actually easier for well funded players because mobs give more exp... it's just also a lot harder to get to the point where you can 1 shot mobs).

@@Xuch yeah in a guild already but mostly carry dependant. So many retards that simply refuse to use their 2 brain cells... Every single time (also outside of alliances) we explain tactics about CRA and every time people do stupid stuff and expect us to go out because they died. (most frustrating is people that keep healing pierre...)
If you hold up while jumping with the giant rune, you'll do a high jump so you don't have to use ropes

Yep, as a bishop support, I literally try to follow the person I’m casting holy symbol on, or stay in the middle of the map (if it’s small enough). It’s a “tough” support job XD unlike kish who can stay at one spot~

5th job is basically just extra skills you can acquire in a different tab.

You’re mistaken about the bishop holy symbol nerf copper. You won’t lose the whole holy symbol buff if you’re too far away. It instead has *reduced* effects ( I think it was minus 50%). At least this is the case for my MSEA server.

I don’t understand how he uses these same places for a lot of his runs but when I try them they don’t work for me. Drake Cave(lvl 40) and perion (lvl 60) when I tried them both on a kanna in reboot I would hit ONLY 1’s so I made a charecter outside of reboot and when I hit them I get a notice saying I’m getting 80% less exp due to their lvl range. What am I doing wrong?

Incorrect. Man leveling Blaster is sooooo chill. Certainly if you want optimum dps and to boss and stuff, you need to use your skills properly, but the god damn blaster is just so strong you don't even need to do anything to level. The only "warrior" without 100% stance.
Blaster has 100% knockback resistance while comboing and super stance when you use your guarding (bobbing,weaving,gattling punch, hyper magnum punch or hammer smash). Compared to a lot of other "Warrior" classes Blaster fits the trope of close range melee fighter/tank better, with utilization of high sustained damage, non-cooldown reliant %dmg reduction (works on %hp attacks) and etc.

What damage should a Kanna be getting at level 155? I'm hitting 60k tops and I'm worried seeing you hitting way harder before level 100.
Keep in mind he has full access to the best link skills, and a VERY full legion. quite a few stats can come from those alone

Played as a Bishop for over 10 years now. All I can say is: good equips X’D when your equips help with your defense and damage, then angel ray becomes your best friend for keeping you alive and mystic door becomes your next best friend if you ever need to escape death to go and heal up in town where it’s safe then go through the door to brave those training grounds again. All this goes for anywhere though. I’ve found myself doing this a lot in Arcane River. Have fun~
