Derek Sanderson was a great and tragic member of the Boston Bruins , won the Stanley cup with the Bruins left to join the world hockey league came back when it folded got hurt never played again blew all his money on drugs and alcohol and was homeless in NYC when Bobby Orr found him he's been clean and sober since and had a 2nd career with the Bruins as a TV play by play announcer for a decade now he works for the Bruins I think he may be retired now

I'm one of the weird ASMR people who gets tingles on the head, neck and back by watching others do stuff or hearing certain sounds. I have a number of medical conditions that probably contribute to it, too. I love the relaxing and methodical approach that you take when you go to these sales. I used to do something similar to resell stuff online on Ebay from thrift stores, yard sales and estate sales.
I was holding my breath when you got to the Roy Rogers stagecoach and when she said she has the accessories… 😬! I was so glad you bought it. The other cowboy dressed in black does not go with it. That is Hopalong Cassidy and I’m sure he has some value. It looked to be in great shape. Hopalong and Roy Rogers are very collectible. Those are my kind of collectibles!!
That Henry Aaron picture is awesome. He was retiring right around the time I was coming into this world but growing up in Milwaukee he was a legend. Used to go to his Arby's restaurant not far from the house and got to meet him a few times. Better person than ball player
The cowboy on the horse is Hopalong Cassidy, toy from the 50's. It's in great shape
I really like the G.T.350 picture,even in the condition.I would buy it.
The music box is cute and Reuge is a premium company for them ,the sound is usually excellent . I have one myself . Always enjoy your videos John ,you find some great stuff. 😊👍
Last Sanderson pennant sold on EBay in 2018 went for $79.99. A second also sold in 2018 for $60. Would at least go $60 on the better of the two.

Funko Pop collectors are nuts thinking they'll get collector price at a yard sale. Also, that Mummy poster had my name written all over it!
I'll never understand how people have yard sales and expect to get e-bay prices like the guy with the funko pops .
Because channels like this and the others , they learned to look on ebay and aim for that.
@@juriaan13 But it is a yard sale where people get rid of things that they no longer value .
John, I am a life long Pittsburgh Pirates fan. I absolutely love watching you pick Reds stuff. I am just a couple of days older than you. I got to see the great one Roberto play. So these memories are much easier to swallow now than when The Big Red Machine would march into town.

You might check with an art restorer to see if there are any tricks to remove the poster from the construction paper. Experienced guys know a lot of tricks, and have a lot of solvents in stock.

derek sanderson puzzle is cool af. So neat that he's in a bruins sweater but had bolted for the WHA and they wouldn't let them use the b 's logo on that puzzle. I have the same brand puzzle with bobby orr.
I believe your "extra cowboy" is Hopalong Cassidy from the 40s/50s. My brother had the same toy.

Derek Sanderson was a guest speaker at my middle school when I was kid in the late 80s. I believe he was speaking out against drugs as he was a recovering addict.

When I was a kid I opened up a POSTER / framing Shop with a couple other Miscreants... selling to companies they were all boarded and shrink-wrapped - shrink-wrapping was expensive back then ... about a dollar a unit ...typically some of these lesser priced items, poster-wise were spray-mounted... if bought at a gallery.... instead of hinged... they now make acid free poster board, probably wasn't available back then or at a price affordable...LAXVESPA

I have tried to watch all your videos over the past couple years ..... I'm not trying to sound critical as i still like to watch your videos but have you not been reselling as much as you were when you were in your previous building? Since you moved over into the current place it doesn't seem like you have been buying as much to resell . also i kinda miss seeing what sold and for how much . I do love the voice over !!

Don’t the people selling want to see what price they have on each item when you pay? Most of the time you just walk up with a few items in your hand and say something like “I owe you 12 bucks” and walk away. First guy was like “ooohhh kaaaaay”.
