Great video, not pretty but gravity feeding the carb does sometimes wake them up. Ski-doo's came with the bent 13mm. A 13mm crowfoot works great also. I always would just scribe a quick line with a awl on the carb from bottom to top to line it back up. Sometimes people get all that right, and flip the intake gasket so the pulse hole doesn't line up fron the engine to the carb. A boat primer will force the needle off the seat also. Doesn't mean the carb will pump, but you can keep it alive. From the home of the Tillotson, greetings from Toledo!

Man I been looking for a piston for years! My dad had one and took it apart to rebuild the piston, but he lost the piston now it just been sitting :(
you could swap it out for a different engine, that's usually pretty easy.
