Of the members, I think Shindong and Yesungs' CZcams channels have the broadest appeal for non-fans. Both target more niche interests, but are definitely engaging even if you've never even heard of Super Junior. Being a non techy international fan, it's kind of amazing that I watch Shindongs' videos because they're products I'll never use or are not even available where I live. 😂 Definately not something I would watch if I weren't a fan (and honestly I don't watch all of them) but his presenting style makes them enjoyable. It feels similar to when I find myself watching Leeteuks' golfing or car content; it's more about sharing in their joy instead of the subject itself. Yessay is more up my alley interest-wise. I could see myself watching it even if I weren't a fan because I find delving into arts and culture fascinating. Being an ELF adds a layer of enjoyment because I love the sound of Yesungs' voice and the glimpse we get into how his mind works, but the videos are so well made that they can hold their own. Would I be just as happy watching Yesung play with legos, sharing his creative process, or interacting with other artists? Yes. But this channel fills it's own niche and I kinda love that. It's a bit nerdy and intellectual, but there are more of us out there than you think, so just keep doing what you're doing and others shall come. 💙
You must definitely watch the K-Heritage episode for the fascinating cultural lessons. This Yessay episode is more about the interaction with the invited fans although you also see the respectful interactions in the other video. 💙 It was great to hear that some of the fans have been following Yesung's journey right from the beginning! The youngest fan in the group of 7 is only 16 so Yesung is able to bridge the generations with his music. Older generations appreciate him too (I am 51); I started following at the end of February 2024. The earliest Instagram content I remember seeing were photos of Yesung in Berlin, Germany. I realised early on that Yesung is a true artist who has a deep love for music, culture and art. The first Yessay/K-heritage episode I saw was the Deoksugung Palace one; I was impressed by the quality of the voice over. The earliest songs I heard with Yesung were some with Kyuhyun & Ryeowook ( KRY). Since then I have come to appreciate the solo albums and the feelings of nostalgia that are evoked (especially Unfading Sense which I won a copy of). It was a very nice touch to unbox the silver button with the ELF. Keep up the great work Yesung and Team Yessay. 💙
4:58 예세이 에피소드 한개 도 빠짐없이 처음부터 끝까지 다 정주행했던 사람 여기 있어요!!! 영상 나온 날 못봐도 꼭 다음 날까지는 봤고 그리고 한번도 재미없다고 건너뛰는적 도 없어요!! 예세이 시작때 좀 걱정했어요, 예술의대한 많이 모르니까 소화가 될까 했는데, 1회 부터 너무 재밌었고 각 에피소드 마다 뭔가를 배우고, 느끼고, 그리고 이런저런 생각 도 하게 되었어요. 이젠 예성님땜에 만 아니고.....너무 재밌어서 보고 있어요!! 그리고......전시 에피소드들 도 너무 좋았어요, 그것도 계속해줘요. 보고 싶은 콘텐츠들은 해외 여행이나.....한국 시골 여행!! 등산이나 캠핑 콘텐츠도 재밌을것 같고!! 그리고 가끔은 예술가를 직접 만났고 얘기 나눴던것 도 나왔죠?! 그런 콘텐츠 도 재밌을것 같아요. 유명한 예술가/작가를 만나고 그 분들의 일상을 좀 알게 되고 그 분들의 작품 이야기 도 하고 그런 콘텐츠 도 좋을것 같아요. 지난번에 턴테이블, LP 기계 같은거 만들었던 선생님을 인터뷰 했던것 도 너무 마음에 들었어요.
I love yessay with yesung. Yessay have interesting contents about culture and anecdotes that yesung said about life. It is fasinating me how yesung point of view about his life and nature. His soothing voice, nice music bg and the way video are taken what makes yessay special. I became a fan of Super Junior around October of 2022. I know Super Junior is a group idol but I didn't know them or what their songs were. I just remembered Sorry Sorry a long time ago when I was in my 1st yr college days. And then while watching Knowing Brothers, I happen to know that Heechul is a member then. I didn't know Hee is an idol, I just know him as a comedian.😅 So I got curious about them, so I try to watch them in a variety show and it happen that they have episode in KB which is the 100th ep. So I watched it and then when they entered the room, Yesung is the first one I noticed and I said to myself, wow he is so cute. But after watching it, Leeteuk became my fave then but when I try to listen to their songs and after hearing them, the first time I heard Yesung's voice in 2ya2yao and Black Suit, I asked myself who's that member, his voice is so beautiful and unique. So I try to search who's the owner of that voice and it turns out that it was Yesung. So I researched about Yesung and his discography and then I became his ultimate fan and the rest is history. 😂
예성님이 내 최애 되는 스토리 좀 특이해요!! 꿈땜에였어요!! 2013년 부터 슈주 팬이에요. 그때 최애가 없었고 그냥 그룹 단체로 좋았어요. 문열어봐 나올때 그 곡이 너무 마음과 관심을 잡았고 그 곡은 예성님이 작사 작곡 했다고 알게 되었고, 와, 이 분은 너무 멋있다고 생각했고, 목소리 도 너무 좋았어요. 뮤비에 예성님이 우는 씬 나올때 나도 모르게 눈물 났어요. 그리고 그때 예능에 외롭다고 했던 이야기랑 공감 도 할 수 있었고 그렇게 조금조금 예성씨에게 주목하기 시작했어요. 그리고 2016쯤에 대학에서 동창에게 짝사랑 하게 되었고 갑자기 어느날 예성님을 꿈에서 봤어요, 예성님은 너무 다정하고 나한테 잘 해주고 있었고 내가 그거 너무 좋았어요. 근데 일어나자마자 그 짝사랑 한테 미안했고 뭔가 바람 피는 느낌이 들었어요. 근데, 여기서 반전! 그 꿈 이후에 그 남자가 얼마나 나쁜 놈인지 알게 되었고 그동안 내 감정을 이요하고 있었다고 알게 되었어요. 그래서 너무 아팠고 힘들었던 시간이였어요. 그리고 갑자기 그 꿈 생각났어요, 그때 예성님이 꿈에서 시그널 졌던것 같았어요, 이 남자가 아니다는 시그널! 그 후로 지금까지 예성님은 내 최애에요. 남들이랑 좀 특이하죠?! 😅

Even though I'm not there, it felt touching to hear the fans' stories about how they started liking oppa and I felt like it was important for him to hear it too. I’ve started liking Super Junior since Black Suit era and I’ve fallen for Yesung since his white hair image with the song Lo Senito. He has a very unique voice and a sexy outlook appearance. I’ve also found the funny side of his when watching the reality shows such as SJ Returns. I’ve become a subscriber of Yessay since the first episode and have enjoyed watching every episode since then💙💙
Our Yesung is so precious, seeing how he treated fans so warmly and attentively made me love him even more. I was in Seoul in june and saw the post about meeting Yesung when I went back home in Tunisia. I would have loved to apply too if I was still there 😢❤

I'm a fan from Singapore and I have followed Super Junior since 2009 and Yesung wasn't my favourite member until Black Suit era where I also started listening to his solo songs. Yesung is always funny on variety show and I think he looks cuter and more handsome as the year passes. But I really become a big fan when I heard Yesung sing Chaosmyth on SM Town concert. His vocal and emotions while singing the song really hit my heart. It's my #1 favourite song that Yesung sang for now, and I hope Yesung will sing more rock genre song too in the future 🥺 💙

Of the members, I think Shindong and Yesungs' CZcams channels have the broadest appeal for non-fans. Both target more niche interests, but are definitely engaging even if you've never even heard of Super Junior. Being a non techy international fan, it's kind of amazing that I watch Shindongs' videos because they're products I'll never use or are not even available where I live. 😂 Definately not something I would watch if I weren't a fan (and honestly I don't watch all of them) but his presenting style makes them enjoyable. It feels similar to when I find myself watching Leeteuks' golfing or car content; it's more about sharing in their joy instead of the subject itself.
Yessay is more up my alley interest-wise. I could see myself watching it even if I weren't a fan because I find delving into arts and culture fascinating. Being an ELF adds a layer of enjoyment because I love the sound of Yesungs' voice and the glimpse we get into how his mind works, but the videos are so well made that they can hold their own. Would I be just as happy watching Yesung play with legos, sharing his creative process, or interacting with other artists? Yes. But this channel fills it's own niche and I kinda love that. It's a bit nerdy and intellectual, but there are more of us out there than you think, so just keep doing what you're doing and others shall come. 💙
I find it sweet that Yesung is not taking out his phone while he is with ELFs and just like giving his full attention on them. 💙

It’s nice to hear other ELFs’ stories about Yesung Oppa. He’s really well loved by his fans and so he is. How lucky we are to have an idol like him. 🥹
You must definitely watch the K-Heritage episode for the fascinating cultural lessons. This Yessay episode is more about the interaction with the invited fans although you also see the respectful interactions in the other video. 💙 It was great to hear that some of the fans have been following Yesung's journey right from the beginning! The youngest fan in the group of 7 is only 16 so Yesung is able to bridge the generations with his music. Older generations appreciate him too (I am 51); I started following at the end of February 2024. The earliest Instagram content I remember seeing were photos of Yesung in Berlin, Germany. I realised early on that Yesung is a true artist who has a deep love for music, culture and art. The first Yessay/K-heritage episode I saw was the Deoksugung Palace one; I was impressed by the quality of the voice over. The earliest songs I heard with Yesung were some with Kyuhyun & Ryeowook ( KRY). Since then I have come to appreciate the solo albums and the feelings of nostalgia that are evoked (especially Unfading Sense which I won a copy of). It was a very nice touch to unbox the silver button with the ELF. Keep up the great work Yesung and Team Yessay. 💙
4:58 예세이 에피소드 한개 도 빠짐없이 처음부터 끝까지 다 정주행했던 사람 여기 있어요!!! 영상 나온 날 못봐도 꼭 다음 날까지는 봤고 그리고 한번도 재미없다고 건너뛰는적 도 없어요!! 예세이 시작때 좀 걱정했어요, 예술의대한 많이 모르니까 소화가 될까 했는데, 1회 부터 너무 재밌었고 각 에피소드 마다 뭔가를 배우고, 느끼고, 그리고 이런저런 생각 도 하게 되었어요. 이젠 예성님땜에 만 아니고.....너무 재밌어서 보고 있어요!! 그리고......전시 에피소드들 도 너무 좋았어요, 그것도 계속해줘요. 보고 싶은 콘텐츠들은 해외 여행이나.....한국 시골 여행!! 등산이나 캠핑 콘텐츠도 재밌을것 같고!! 그리고 가끔은 예술가를 직접 만났고 얘기 나눴던것 도 나왔죠?! 그런 콘텐츠 도 재밌을것 같아요. 유명한 예술가/작가를 만나고 그 분들의 일상을 좀 알게 되고 그 분들의 작품 이야기 도 하고 그런 콘텐츠 도 좋을것 같아요. 지난번에 턴테이블, LP 기계 같은거 만들었던 선생님을 인터뷰 했던것 도 너무 마음에 들었어요.

I became a fan of Super Junior around October of 2022. I know Super Junior is a group idol but I didn't know them or what their songs were. I just remembered Sorry Sorry a long time ago when I was in my 1st yr college days. And then while watching Knowing Brothers, I happen to know that Heechul is a member then. I didn't know Hee is an idol, I just know him as a comedian.😅 So I got curious about them, so I try to watch them in a variety show and it happen that they have episode in KB which is the 100th ep. So I watched it and then when they entered the room, Yesung is the first one I noticed and I said to myself, wow he is so cute. But after watching it, Leeteuk became my fave then but when I try to listen to their songs and after hearing them, the first time I heard Yesung's voice in 2ya2yao and Black Suit, I asked myself who's that member, his voice is so beautiful and unique. So I try to search who's the owner of that voice and it turns out that it was Yesung. So I researched about Yesung and his discography and then I became his ultimate fan and the rest is history. 😂

예성님이 내 최애 되는 스토리 좀 특이해요!! 꿈땜에였어요!! 2013년 부터 슈주 팬이에요. 그때 최애가 없었고 그냥 그룹 단체로 좋았어요. 문열어봐 나올때 그 곡이 너무 마음과 관심을 잡았고 그 곡은 예성님이 작사 작곡 했다고 알게 되었고, 와, 이 분은 너무 멋있다고 생각했고, 목소리 도 너무 좋았어요. 뮤비에 예성님이 우는 씬 나올때 나도 모르게 눈물 났어요. 그리고 그때 예능에 외롭다고 했던 이야기랑 공감 도 할 수 있었고 그렇게 조금조금 예성씨에게 주목하기 시작했어요. 그리고 2016쯤에 대학에서 동창에게 짝사랑 하게 되었고 갑자기 어느날 예성님을 꿈에서 봤어요, 예성님은 너무 다정하고 나한테 잘 해주고 있었고 내가 그거 너무 좋았어요. 근데 일어나자마자 그 짝사랑 한테 미안했고 뭔가 바람 피는 느낌이 들었어요. 근데, 여기서 반전! 그 꿈 이후에 그 남자가 얼마나 나쁜 놈인지 알게 되었고 그동안 내 감정을 이요하고 있었다고 알게 되었어요. 그래서 너무 아팠고 힘들었던 시간이였어요. 그리고 갑자기 그 꿈 생각났어요, 그때 예성님이 꿈에서 시그널 졌던것 같았어요, 이 남자가 아니다는 시그널! 그 후로 지금까지 예성님은 내 최애에요. 남들이랑 좀 특이하죠?! 😅

I’ve started liking Super Junior since Black Suit era and I’ve fallen for Yesung since his white hair image with the song Lo Senito. He has a very unique voice and a sexy outlook appearance. I’ve also found the funny side of his when watching the reality shows such as SJ Returns. I'm a fan from Singapore and I have followed Super Junior since 2009 and Yesung wasn't my favourite member until Black Suit era where I also started listening to his solo songs. Yesung is always funny on variety show and I think he looks cuter and more handsome as the year passes. But I really become a big fan when I heard Yesung sing Chaosmyth on SM Town concert. His vocal and emotions while singing the song really hit my heart. It's my #1 favourite song that Yesung sang for now, and I hope Yesung will sing more rock genre song too in the future 🥺 💙
