This is the best interpretation on this placement. Ketu in 10th combusted with mars with Virgo ascendant (10th house ketu) and moon in moola (ketu nakshatra) - learnt guitar, drums, keyboard, music production, sketching, digital art, psychology, astrology, film knowledge , photography on my own. Don't like people to give me advice. Work in the design field in various enterprise applications which involves lots of creativity and knowledge of different subjects . I like to do things in my own way. Loves to observe people in the crowd to see what they are up to. I used to feel they were running around the world for no reason, so i decided to do things my own way. I have two cars at home, but I don't drive. Did engineering, then architecture, then finally design which I can relate to as a very spiritual profession, but I find hard to work with my bosses, because most of time I feel they are doing unnecessary work. Have lower back pain when I sit too long in a chair and also digestive issues. My biggest struggle is that I can't comprehend all the things that are in my mind, so I can't explain those complexity. So I used art to express myself. People find me reserved because they feel I don't talk too much, but if I start talking people wouldn't be able to take in such vast information that i have accumulated

I know 3 people with Ketu alone in 10th house. Two of them with ketu in Gemini/10th house. All three are very knowledgeable, very popular and known in society. One is extremely rich too. Their careers are not very strange like you say, quite mainstream.

I have looked at Ketu 10/Rahu4 as this is my life punishment. (5 planet in 4th house, Saturn retro in 9, moon in 6, mars in 3 scorpio. Neptune with Mars.

I live alone completely, have NO friends. He had a devooted wife thanks to moon in 7.
But I know A LOT of people, and find it easy to socialze superficially. I hate lies and superficiality, but I guess some sensitivty makes these people Rahu/Ketu 10/4 a little asocial. I cannot stand noise, but like to lisen to Chopin on high.

@@NorskInjustis Thanks for sharing that info. With all humility, I will say this - sometimes we hear “one planet in a position”, and attribute everything to that. In my experience, it is never one planet. Ketu actually never takes anything away, never blocks what is due to you.
Amazing success (or failure) is seen when either of these planets Rahu and ketu are in 10th house or X house. What I’m trying to say is, take a look at the other 7 planets and their placements and aspects. Most importantly, the dasha periods. I would recommend not to concentrate on one planet. Millions and millions of people lose jobs every year, millions fall sick, and millions get jobs and make money in this world. It’s too simplistic to place everything on one planet just because it’s in the 10th house. Here is a fact: one in every 12 people have Ketu in their 10th house. That comes close to 70 crores in this world. I would concentrate more on Lagna, and its lord, 11th house and its lord. Next would be placement of Trikona lords.

@@NorskInjustis I posted a long reply but somehow it got lost. The gist is - there are 70 crore people in this world with Ketu in 10th house. One planet will NOT decide one’s destiny.
Ketu will always give you what’s due, it will never block anything good coming your way. Plus a lot more amazing things, takes a lot more discussions.

Though it is from 3 house its 8 th house,if natal have good 2 nd house with benifics like Jupiter in 2 nd house or mercury aspects by strong Jupiter...natal bless with good communication and explaining skills to others ..if this 10 th house is Jupiter' s house ,10 th house is aspects by strong Jupiter it ' ll be good they are like gurus in that perticular subjectt

It gets a little weak. The Sign, the Nakshatra, the Angle (longitude from ascendant), the conjunction and the aspects are important to understand the position of Ketu.
