- 1 can of palm hearts (approx 410g)
- 1 can chickpeas (approx 400g)
- 2 cloves of garlic (or more muahahah)
- 1/2 white onion
- 1 spring onion
- 1 small lemon juiced
- 2 nori sheets (ripped to small pieces)
-1/4 cup vegan mayo
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tsp fresh dill ( & more!)
- 2 tsp parsley ( or more! )
- 3 tsp cornflour
- 2 tsp cajun seasoning (or paprika etc.)
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- oil for frying
I think so many people cried during this video and felt it was so amazing is because this is how we SHOULD live. In nature, with community, connected to the food we eat, sharing music. This is how so many of us dream to live. I live in England but unfortunately in a much more deprived way. So happy for this family and so grateful to get a glimpse, thank you Leahđ

my family live in the countryside in the midlands, it's very peaceful but personally i find the welsh countryside even more spectacular (where i live). i find the mountains very comforting, the lake district is very similar too

I have autism and selective mutism and seem to think if I donât have friends now, I will never be able to make any friends and i will be stuck like this forever. but your videos give me SO much more confidence and teach me not to be scared of putting myself out there. it is such a joy to watch how well you interact with others
If it helps... Nobody ever said I have enough friends I don't need anyone anymore. Most people, in fact, feel lonely in this world. We all want friends. So if you take the first step, most people would probably be grateful that you broke the barrier! If you know someone from a mutual friend or have a nice neighbour, just talk to them, invite them over for coffee. It'll be good :)

When the girls took you to their little gathering in the field, it reminded me of my earliest childhood memories with my grandmother, running around bare foot on the grass. Also love the song at 7:11 - please let us know what it is!
I grew up with my family playing Irish tunes and that sort of music is always very comforting. (My aunt even works for a famous concertina shop!) seeing you experience that sort of atmosphere is like a gift seeing as I live so far from my own family and 5hose experiences.

Im 19 and live with my parents, sister and brother in the Netherlands in a small city/big town. We have two cats I adore very much. Nearby our house we have a veggie garden with all veggies (except for carrots) you showed in this video. I always say Im tired of this place and I can't wait until I move out of my parents house. But watching this made me realize how blessed I am with my entire situation and just to be here with people I care about and nature around.
