After 5 years, 20,000+ pictures, and hundreds of hours in music, sound effects, special effects and voice acting, LEGO Star Wars Fading Light has become the most ambitious project on this channel yet! Thank you all who had the patience for this film to be released, and specially those who cheered me up in the moments I wanted to quit. This project represents one of my biggest accomplishments ever, and I can't thank enough to Luis Meseguer and Mikael Montén (Stitch Studios) for the hours they spent making this film a reality. Oh my God.... I’ve stuck around for 6 years now since I was I little kid... now I’m 18 and I shockingly missed the release of this amazing project. I am so grateful I finally see the full film and it blew my mind how spectacular every second of filming, design and sound was. Sorry for being 5 months late but this was such a joy to watch and I hope you remember me haha. So worth the wait and I’m blessed to see one of my childhood CZcams channels continue to grow.. This fine film deserves to blows up

This is beyond good. The animation is almost on par with the actual Lego Movies, the humor is funny while not being as overwhelming as it was in the previous installment, the action was intense, and, most surprisingly, the plot is actually pretty interesting! That's more than I can say for most Lego Animations I've seen. Great work, you guys. Thank you for rekindling my interest in Lego Animations, and I look very forward to the next part. :)

I'm speechless.....seriously, that was the best camera movement I've EVER seen in lego star wars stop motion (and I've been watching since pizzamovies first came out, for a reference of how long lol!). The transitions in between shots, the sound effects, the story... ALL OF IT. Freaking amazing! Well done! I'm definitely sharing this around!

BRICKSmovies did you use sliders or something? I’m trying some camera movement in my stop motions without any gear, and man, it’s tough haha
@@PixelPieceProductions I honestly just used my camera's tripod for the shaky cam, and for other sliding shots I literally moved the whole baseplate lol. Sliders are mad expensive, but a lack of access incites creativity (for example, for close up shots I literally taped a magnifying glass to my camera's lense).

Came back to it 4 years later, when I first watched it I was 12 😂, I hope you understand you’ve made a video that I don’t just remember 4 years later but a video that is nostalgic and an inspiration, I have very fond memories of the time this came out, I was super into Star Wars and just got my first phone to do stop motion on, this was one of the reasons I continued to be interested in Star Wars stop motion and and just film making in general, I really hope you understand how many people have nostalgia of this. Thank for the memories.

Nice work! I really like the visual comedy in parts. This is something really specific, but I thought the animation whenever a character jumps looked really impressive. The way the character and the camera move together is really fluid.

It felt like it wasn't really sire if it wanted to be a comedy or an actual action movie. The way it is, it did both of those things ok, rather than focusing on one of the two, resulting in an outstanding movie in one aspect of the two. Still enjoyed it greatly, due to the ending pulling all the right strings.
I definitely agree with you, something I struggled with is to have a consistent story and I appreciate you point it out so I can work on story crafting for future projects.
