I feel like Nick would have a darker skin tone as a human. A big part of his character is that people would judge and make assumptions about him based entirely off of what he was on the outside.
I feel like Zootopia hit a surreal balancing point of depicting prejudice without tying it to any one irl minority group - the predators weren't black, they weren't hispanic, etc, they were the concept of a minority facing discrimination done in such a way that anyone of any group could identify with... would be kinda hard to translate that overall theme into live action imo.
I love them all human Flash is definitely the most accurate, they need to chill a little on the anime Judy ones tbh.
