BMW Airhead Racetech suspension upgrade.

One of our biggest work orders is upgrading the front suspension of these classic BMW motorcycles.
In this video we explain how the old technology is adapted to the new with the help of RaceTech and a few modifications. This little upgrade allows you to ride harder and longer on those old bikes all while feeling like you're on a cloud.

Thanks for sharing this video. I just bought set of RaceTech springs and gold emulators for my 1972 R75/5. I am concerned they will be too firm after reading other reviews. Thoughts on that? I'm also curious about the settings you use on a /5 180lb rider - 1) silver or blue emulator spring? 2) How many turns of preload? 3) fork oil weight, 15? 4) do you open all 4 emulator valve plate holes?
